We’ve been using this company for quarterly service and they’ve been amazing every single time. They helped us get rid of field mice, spiders, and ants over the summer, and we haven’t had issues since. They’re professional, reliable, and really take the time to make sure everything is handled properly. What I appreciate most is how kid-friendly they are. They’re very mindful about where treatments are placed and make sure nothing is within reach of children. That extra level of care really matters to us. Damien was very nice and welcoming. I was hearing noises in my ceiling and was too scared to check. I called Next Generation and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Damien was very quick with his responses and kept me informed with everything that he saw and planned to do to help. I would 1000% recommend them for any pest control/extermination needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I don't recommend this company at all. Another exterminator showed me how their one way squirrel door was installed improperly, they insisted on trying to get some money from my neighbor to "really fix our problem" and they completely ghosted me when I approached them after service about a dead squirrel in my attic shortly after their service. Maybe they got better the last few years but I'd say call anyone else. EDIT to respond to the owner's comment: his statements are absolutely untrue, especially about coming out to handle a dead squirrel. I know cause I waited for them to show up and I had to shovel that thing out myself. He's more than welcome to disagree with my statements but he needs to start from a place of accuracy. I won't dispute that I never expressed my disatisfaction to them - I chalked it up to a learning experience cause I don't like dealing with companies I don't like more than once. But that's what reviews are for. I've said my peace on that matter ✌🏿

Called this company because my tenant was complaining about a noise in the ceiling. Never returned the call but texted me. Which is fine. We set and appointment for 3-5pm on a Saturday. Came around 4pm which is the time it gets dark here in Philadelphia. Then said he would come the following morning at 10am. The morning came and it was raining lightly so he said he would come back later. Never heard from him after that. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
