Best Pest Control in Philadelphia! I've been working with Paul for six years now. I purchased my first rental property in 2019. It was a dilapidated four unit in West Philadelphia. It had bed bugs, termites and an infestation of german cockroaches. He nuked the place, and has been doing regular treatments since. Knock on wood, haven't had any issues with bugs since we started working together. He's very knowledgable, and friendly with my tenants, which is important to me as a property manager/landlord. He even has pet safe chemicals, and always asks/confirms to make sure there's no new tenants with animals before spraying. He is always there when he says he will be there, pricing is very reasonable. I truly feel like I get an excellent value for my money.
