I was so happy I called this place. Lori and Danny are both nice and friendly. Danny exterminated and was very considerate and neat. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home.

Mixed Review - Called and spoke with Lori who was Wonderful, she totally gets 5 STARS! She connected me with a Tech named Danny Who was really Nice, the first time he came by was a little "rocky", Danny had hard time finding my home on 16th and Oregon, also did not have the equipment needed to thoroughly investigate my issue, Danny did keep in touch, asking me to take phots and such of the surrounding areas and he did eventually come back with working equipment and Ladder to get on to my roof to plug up all areas he thought ware there could be entry of pest/birds/ETC. I payed for his service and he told me to contact him if I continued to hear noises in my home, sadly I did and did all I could do to provide Danny with evidence, even at his direction, drilling a hole in my celling to take video to show him, long story short after texting and some late night calls Danny wanted to come back to help me but stopped responding and never got back to me. I never leave reviews or try to be negative but I was shocked that Danny had never responded to my last text after weeks of communication to come back to help resolve the issue, I did allot of work my self per his directions through text messaging with multiple videos and pictures I took for him, from taking down wall boards and drilling small holes in my ceiling to use a camera I had, to try and take videos for evidence to help him in his job to find out the culprit of my issue.

I had the best experience with lady bugs. As soon as I contacted them I had a tech at my house right away. Danny did a thorough job and took his time! Thanks Lori for the quick and convenient service. You guys saved my day!
