I am very happy with my choice to go with Fowlers pest control. This company really cares about their customers. Kurt did a great job treating our house for carpenter ants. When I had some additional questions/concerns later, Nate come out to speak with us and educated us on the different types of bugs that can cause damage to the house. He was very thorough and informative. Another thing that liked about this company vs others I contacted, is they did an inspection BEFORE trying to charge me or recommend services. A few of the other companies tried to sell me a package before even inspecting/verifying that we even had carpenter ants.

I am beyond happy with the services provided by fowler. They helped out with a major squirrel issue in the attic of my Philly rowhome. Mike is a true professional, excellent time management and communication throughout the process. He's clearly passionate about what he does. Price was very reasonable (considering these guys were hanging off the side of my roof for hours, drilling into concrete). There weren't any bogus "equipment fees" or various mandatory add-ons, like I've seen quoted from some other companies. I'm very happy with the quality of work, and I haven't heard any squirrels in the attic since they left!

Curt from Fowler was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding areas other exterminators missed. He placed traps and closed holes. He came back for a second time and was even more thorough to other area that may have been of concern.service was very affordable comparable to other companies. We had an awful experience with this company. They will charge you $180 just to come out, put traps down, and do absolutely nothing else. When you call them and ask them to spray they decline saying they “don’t really spray.” What kind of exterminator doesn’t spray???? They would rather rip you off and over charge for the same traps that you can get at the hardware store. The services listed on Google are a lie considering they don’t spray. Our experience with this company was a complete waste of time and money. After we were told they won’t spray, we called Orkin and they do everything including spray for only $200. Much better than the $180 we spend to get traps but absolutely no solutions from this company. EDIT: yes I am 100% sure that it was this company, since you want to insult my intelligence. We called this exact number. I live in 19119 which is exactly where your company address is listed. My roommate reached out so you wouldn’t have my name listed. I will not be texting considering we have an appointment with someone who will actually do what we ask and not take our money and waste our time. Now I am even more concerned because I have an invoice that I TRIPLE checked and it is $180.

The team at Fowler were wonderful - I purchased the quarterly plan while living downtown and they were thoughtful, reliable, and thorough. In addition, they supported my mom in the suburbs - going above and beyond to treat for mice. Would hire again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend! Thanks Megan and team for everything!

From the phone calls, to the inspection to the treatment, I have never had an easier time getting my house treated. At every step they were both remarkably kind and remarkably thorough. There is not a negative thing I could possibly say about Fowler Pests!

Fowler Pest is the absolute best. We were at our wits end with a mouse problem. Off the bat Megan gave us hope/peace of mind, and got us an appointment the next day. Both Nate and John came out on 2 separate occasions. Both were so friendly, professional and identified the problem at hand. It has only been a week but we have seen a DRAMATIC improvement and I cannot thank them enough. I could not recommend this team enough!!

I can't speak highly enough of Nate, Megan and the Fowler team. Our situation seemed hopeless, but it wasn't with their help. They provided more than just pest control, they came prepared to answer every single one of our questions and took extra care to be patient with us as this was our first time handling pests in a rental situation. When I called I was frantic but Megan reassured me they would help the best they could and that they treat their customers like family. This statement was absolutely true. Very responsive, friendly, and efficient. My carpenter ant issue seems to be resolved within a week of treatment.

Everyone that I have encountered has been polite, considerate, and patient. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Megan is a gem. John came out today and addressed my concerns without judgement, in an already uncomfortable situation which put me at ease. This staff is amazing and I will recommend to anyone needing their services.

We had multiple wasp nests on our patio. Nate was very thorough, professional, friendly and informed us of what he was using to remove the nests. FANTASTIC service and would definitely use them again!

We’ve been using Fowler for about 9 months now, and could not be happier. Knowledgeable staff, extremely considerate when they’re at the house, and Megan is so quick to respond to inquiries and emails. We’ve had mouse and ant problems, but since they’ve been coming and treating things we haven’t seen any signs of mice.

I am so happy with this service. I was previously using terminix and was very unhappy with that experience. I am beyond thrilled to have found this team and I would recommend them to anybody.
