AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Called about a trapped squirrel. Two human operators confirmed they service indoor wildlife in my area, then transferred me to "dispatch" — which both times was an automated message saying "we don't service your area" before disconnecting. My third call hit "This line is out of service." I tried from a different phone. The line worked instantly. A human picked up, I calmly began explaining the situation, and mid-sentence she hung up. The next call from that phone: "This line is no longer in use." Two operators lied about coverage. The phone system selectively blocked my number both times I worked around it. I'm a new customer with a real emergency and no history with this business. They aren't running a wildlife service — they're running call avoidance.
