Bed Bugs, Etc. Pest Control

We saw one mouse and called to have it looked into. We were talked into signing a yearly contract where they were supposed to charge us $100 and come quarterly. In hindsight, I should've been more skeptical about what they were telling me I'd need to deal with a mouse problem - but I thought they'd know best as the experts. That's on me. The first time they came, it was great, they were thorough and we never saw another mouse. After that we really didn't need any further service. The second appointment they scheduled it for a day we were out of town, I emailed and replied to them several times to reschedule. They never replied to any messages, they never provided any service, but charged us $100 anyway. The third appointment, we tried to cancel, but they came anyway. They checked the empty traps and left within five minutes. Another $100. After this, I called again to try to cancel the remainder of the contract, and was told they'd call back to discuss further. Instead, I received an email letting me know they scheduled my fourth appointment. This review is strictly about the management and policy surrounding this contract, as the technicians were very friendly. I would've happily paid to GET OUT of the contract, but charging me about $500 over the course of a year to keep me in a contract to get rid of a single mouse is not the sign of a business acting in good faith.

I highly recommend there services they were great and got the job done it’s been 2 years and I haven’t experienced any bed bugs they were consistent professionals knowledgeable and friendly

Diasson serviced my home with broad spectrum treatment as well as ant gel. He was professional, punctual & kind—seemed to do a thorough job & was easy to work with. Would definitely use this service in the future too!

Bedbugs Etc. were very patient and respectful of my elderly mom and me. We had 3 diff exterminators out to her home for treatments & they all were great. They explained everything & I was in constant contact with office if I had any questions. Very pleasant & professional. Would recommend.

Great customer service when I called to schedule the appointment. The service person came a half hour before the designated time. He wasn’t great at communicating what he was doing. We asked if we needed to move items off the floor before being treated, and he said no. Yet, some belongings ended up getting wet from the treatment. He also left tons of puddles around our house; see pictures. I have had my house sprayed before, and puddles have never been left afterwards. When I informed the service person, they indicated if it was bothering me, I could wipe it up myself.

Excellent company. I highly recommend. We had another company come out and they couldn’t help our situation. But these guys were able to help us out a lot. Nehemiah was very nice and has great customer service. He helped us a lot.

They were very respectful they were on time I have not seen any bugs I cannot thank them enough I would recommend them to family and friends when you call for appointment her name is Donna she was very respectful and helpful

Excellent customer services. pest problem was well taking care of .... the technicians out came on time . pest problem was resolved on the first day of the extermination. Will highly recommended bed bug pest control!!!
