I had an excellent experience with Aardvark Pest Management. Unfortunately, I saw a mouse in my house and went into panic mode. I called Aardvark on a Monday and Steve Jr. came out on Tuesday. First and foremost, he calmed my nerves/fear of the mouse. He explained how mice enter someone’s home, where they usually travel, and how he was going to fix the issue. Steve was extremely thorough and checked several rooms in our home, especially behind the oven (where we saw the mouse travel). Steve left several traps and made sure certain traps were child proof- which is critical for me with two young kids. I am confident in Steve’s work and can now sleep better knowing that the mouse isn’t running around my home. I highly recommend Aardvark. They were easy to work with, polite, and professional. If I encounter a pest problem in the future, I will be sure to call Aardvark again! Thank you!!

Mr. Steve Port Jr. Is the best exterminator on this planet. Always on point, on time and on budget. Answers literally within seconds of you calling or texting him. Literally comes within the next day or two the latest depending on what time I reach out to him. He takes care of all my properties and never complains. All my tenants love him. I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday.I was having a mice problem,had a bad smell coming out of this one room,Tom came checked the space and found a dead mouse,it was stuck between some pipes,he really had to work to reach it and he did sprayed some Lysol to help the smell.Tom check kitchen and closet and also the basement,put traps out to be extra sure if there would be any more.Tom took his time,and was very courteous and thorough.i would definitely call them again..

I had another company service my home and no matter what they did my pest issues were not resolved and excuses after excuses I was at my wits end, a friend recommended Steve he came in did 1 treatment and my ant issues were resolved that day, haven't seen any since.

We had an insect issue for a bit and nothing we did helped. Steve Jr. came over and was very thorough, talked us through everything he did, told us everything was safe for our pets and kids. It only took a few days before we stopped seeing any more bugs! Highly recommend. He was right on time and very reasonable as well.

This review is long overdue, but we had a great experience with Aardvark back in 2019 with a bedbug issue. I believe Nate was the name of our technician, he was fantastic in his work and super gracious with helping everyone know how to proceed & deal with the issue on all fronts (beyond their treatment). Can't remember the name of the woman in the office who I spoke to on the phone, but she was helpful and very to the point (no nonsense). Huge thanks to Aardvark, great company

Martin was quick to respond and give us the connection we needed to take care of a bee problem before we moved into our new house! It’s been 2 years and haven’t had a bee problem since! His team was great and effective and very easy to deal with!
