I had to go ask the guy that was doing the neighbors yard whether he was doing ours too. They did not have us on the schedule but he called the office and took care of us. Hope the weeds we have go away with this treatment. Very nice technician.

As always Kapps has done a great job with our lawn. They are careful and respectful of our property. Take time to blow off the over spray of granules from the sidewalk, driveway, and patio. They stop to spray weeds and survey the entire yard. Our grass is always green and lush. We are very happy with our Kapps team!!

BEWARE!!! I signed up for a mosquito barrier spray service. On two separate occasions, the technician (two different people) spent less than 3 minutes outside of the truck. Neither went beyond my front yard (even though my back yard is 4 times as large as the front). I witnessed this first hand as I work from home and have it on video. I spoke with customer service but they did not follow up. When I reached out again, I was called by a production manager who told me that the technician was a challenge and that they would send another or he would perform the service himself. I told him that after two fails, I had had enough of Kapps and since the service was not completed, I requested a refund and the production manager agreed on 8/7/25. The refund never posted to my credit card so I messaged the production manager on 9/29/25 and was told that the company now refused to refund for the original visit despite the original service never being completed and the promise to refund by the manager.

On Tuesday, April 9th, your driver not only tore through a residential neighborhood driving 40mph+, he almost hit two ppl talking in the street. Why were they in the street? One car stopped to talk w a neighbor & the woman walked out to speak w her. That doesn’t give someone the right to drive a commercial vehicle recklessly & irresponsibly. It’s dangerous. He could’ve gone around & he ultimately did. Instead of driving cautiously around ppl he flew by & almost clipped one of the women in the street. Totally irresponsible & he couldn’t care less. What’s worse is he had your company’s name plastered across your truck when he drove like a maniac through a residential neighborhood. What was he thinking? It doesn’t bode well for your business & he’s lucky he didn’t kill someone.

Spilled fertilizer in the street and left it. Great job! This fertilizer spill is on Catania Dr, in front of the property located at 298 Brightfield Dr. Spilling fertilizer in the street and not cleaning it up pollutes out rivers, streams, and waterways. Shame on you for not caring about your pollution.

Been using them for a couple years. Usually good service. I accidentally missed a payment for the last treatment of the season. Sent my file directly to a collection agency... For $57. They've lost a customer and I'm telling everyone I know to stop or don't use. Congrats kapps! Worth it?

Stay away from this company they never show up, over charge, rude when calling to understand when someone should be at your home. I was supposed to have aeration and seeding done Which required me putting little flags in my lawn so they could see where the irrigation heads were and no one showed up. I called on Friday afternoon and the person answering the phone could not be any more useless. No one called me back they could not reach the production manager who apparently was out on site completely unresponsive. I waited two weeks for the service and no one showed up and it was almost as if they were upset with me for being upset because no one showed up in an entire week. They didn’t call me to notify me of any delays or anything. When I asked for credit they indicated they don’t issue credits to the credit card they were charging, they actually cut a check and have to mail it to you. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a locally family owned company but apparently it’s not. I now have to wait for someone in the home office in Indiana to actually cut a check and mail it to me which can take 7 to 10 days. Overall experience with this company has been absolutely horrible and I can’t stress enough how awful this has been. Do not call this company. If you do just try to get them to come out to give you a quote and that will answer your question on how to move forward with this company I think you will find it to be beneficial To look at other options like I am at this moment

They were great when I was outside watching them where they could see me. When I watched without them knowing they didn't do my full yard,they did one straight shot through one side of my yard and out through the other side, loaded up and left. I called to notify them of it and nothing was done so I canceled service. You shouldn't have to babysit your lawn service.

Signed for an year contract and prepaid, the service was delivered on time and professional. The begging of the next year I revived an invoice for a treatment and none from Kapps even reach out to see if I am happy with my service or would like to continue using it. Called the office and explained that they can't keep treating my loan without my permission, my house is for sale and in a few weeks there will be a new owner, so with their logic I will have to keep paying for a service that didn't ordered.
