The last 3 treatments by three different individuals did not get rid of two weeds that are located where they are easily seen. The first time they missed them, the second time I told them about them but they were still untouched. A third person came out yesterday and the weeds are still thriving.

This is a shady company. My wife called for a quote and they ended up coming out and servicing our house. They also signed us up for quarterly service without notifying us. I reviewed my wife’s call with their customer service team, were she clearly states she needed to verify with me. After going back and forth with customer service they THEN said I get an in home spray with my service. So first they show up and spray on their own will, spam bill you, then hide additional services until you call. Just go with another local company. They all do the same thing except you’ll probably get minimum service a legit company offers

Hard to believe the service guy actually did the work. First of all none of my property cameras caught any motion in front or in back (and I have cameras everywhere). Also, the weeds in my lawn are not only surviving but thriving. Pic with the sign is day of “service” pic with my shadow are a week later. Feels like they scammed me and when I called to fire them there was not attempt to make it right. They also have the audacity to continually text you to “tip” their service guy for doing his job. It’s desperate and lazy, pay your workers better so they actually take pride in completing their work.

Not impressed, especially for the cost. Complained that lawn was not changing under their care and employee told me they discovered their mixture wasn’t right. I Cancelled the service and stopped getting invoice in bag on door so thought I was done. They say they kept coming and I owe them $300. My lawn never changed. Beware.

Be careful of these guys. They have a junk fee when you try to cancel. they say that youve been actually only paying 'installments'. 'installments' on monthly mosquito treatment? give me a break. I pay them about $25 a month to spray for mosquitos, and then when i call to cancel because I'm moving, they say I owe them $190. A balance which they say has been built up over 2 years! never once was i sent an invoice that detailed this balance. probably something they bury in terms and services, hoping people get frustrated and dont cancel services. dont trust these guys.

***WARNING*** Hired St. Louis Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions, LLC to perform a lawn treatment service, as well as my neighbor across the street. The crew van arrived at my neighbors house which was scheduled before mine. I watched the employee knock on the door, no answer, sat in his car for 15 minutes, and then placed a bill on my neighbors door without performing any work. I verified this with my neighbor later. After I witnessed this theft, I canceled my appointment. They are charging me $169 for this cancellation, and have turned this over to collections. Do NOT do business with these criminals.

There are several companies in the area with similar names to us, however we encourage you to call our office to clarify and remedy the situation. If it was indeed our truck, there are occasions where our technicians cannot perform services when a customer is not home, for example when they may have a locked gate, outside dog, or the customer has otherwise requested it. In these cases, we call ahead of arriving on the property. If the customer is not home, our technicians will leave a notice that they were there and the office will call the customer to reschedule at a later date. Our customer service team is happy to assist if you have any further questions!

I have a roach infestation in a community and needed it professionally sprayed. The sales person said this would happen. I specifically asked for an intense treatment not a regular spraying.The actual employee who did the spraying did not spray under cabinets or even in all rooms. He acted like it did not matter and was more concerned with finishing his breakfast in his car than spraying. I will never use again. I Do not recommend them, they have a big pitch but do not deliver!

We called to schedule service at our house and the person we spoke with was helpful and our first appointment was booked. The evening before the appointment, we received a call cancelling our service and asking us to recall to schedule a new day/time. I called back that morning and again, scheduled our initial meeting. That day came and went. No one showed up. Not much more I can say other than we have found a different lawn service company and could not be happier with them. Based on my breif experience, I would NOT recommend St. Louis Pro Turf.

Please read all the horrible reviews on Yelp and the BBB! This is a shady operation with terrible service. After recieving cold call I was interested and ask for the pricing and service in writing to validate our verbal conversation. Never received it. Then they just showed up. I turned them away and got a call back. Let them know that I never received anything and they said they were going to send it out again. This time the price changed and the lady I spoke with wasn't aware of the free visits from the first conversation. Never received anything. They showed up again and I turned them away. Then received a call from a different office asking why I keep turning them away when they show up. I explained that I'm not paying for any service were they can't document the price and service they offer. They guy was rude and I told them to quit calling. Other review on Yelp show how bills just end up on peoples doors and get sent to collection. AVOID!!!
