Vernon did a wonderful job for me today.

Dave T did our service. Most excellent job. Very thorough. Explained everything in detail.

Cooper came by yesterday and offered me a great deal and got me on the schedule for today. Vernon was my tech and showed up on time. I asked him to not do a few spots and he gladly agreed. He went right to work, and when he was done he explained everything that he did and asked if I needed anything else. Both men were very polite.

Vernon were very professional and informative. He did a great job for our 1st treatment.

So far so good... Vernon came by to do our first visit and he was kind and friendly. Cleaned around the problem areas and I think he did a wonderful job. Still too soon to tell if there are any issues. We will continue to use their services until otherwise known. Thanks

Edward Parker does a great job. He listens to my concerns and reacts accordingly. My mosquito and wasp problem is so much better this year since hiring Nomo. I can enjoy my yard and pool again.

Charged me $55 and said they would spray that day. Tech showed up and sat in his van, then came up to me saying he couldn’t spray because the rain was coming and would be back, then sat in his van a little longer before leaving. Never came back. I cancelled my debit card before they charged me again and sent them in my ring camera video which recorded everything and they refuse to refund me and sent me a bill for another $300.00 saying that I’m lying when it’s all on video.

I dont normally leave reviews on a company if they aren't positive but, because after my negative experience and email conversations with this company yesterday I dont feel they are as Honest of a company to work with as I thought and don't seem to care if they have your business or not.and hope I help someone else not go through the same thing. We have had the service for a year were in a contract for a year. Everything seemed legit , they came and serviced our yard ,(we had outside service only)The last couple services there were some bumps but, they sent a service tech back and made it right so it was all good. Our contract is up, I asked to continue service and they told me sure they will come until I tell them I dont want them to come anymore, not a problem. I work from home and we have a locked privacy fence to the backyard so I have to be notified when they come to make sure its unlocked. Well, the couple hiccups we had previously was noone notified me they were coming and I received a card on my porch saying they were here and serviced the yard when I know for a fact they didn't at least the whole yard because the backyard was not unlocked to do so. So they sent someone back out. The last time that happened the tech only did right by the house not the whole backyard but, i never said anything. Like I said I am here all day I work from home. This last time I got a card on my porch, that says my yard was serviced when clearly again it wasn't because I saw Noone here and my backyard was not unlocked so I called, they rescheduled for a week later to come out and do what they didn't the first time. That day comes no calls, nobody shows I'm at home all day, with 2 inside dogs that tell you everything that goes on outside and my son that works nights. 5:00 pm comes so I email customer service and they tell me they tried to email me but, it was blocked and their tech knocked and called several times and couldn't get in touch with me so he had to move on to other appointments . I told them either he was at the wrong house or he's not being truthful and I wanted my service I paid for and didn't want to continue service its too much of a hassle to get. They responded sorry to hear this and to be sure to contact them after they do the service they rescheduled for again so they can close the account.

A rip off they lied when doing their contract. Everything was done at the front door of course and a kid came around and said it was going to be $29 a month and that 59 I would never pay that amount and give us a discounted price to start for $99 instead of 200 and now they want to charge me 200 to get out of my contract horrible Company do not go with them

This Gentleman did an amazing job. Very informative about what he was doing, how long it should last, and what to expect. He did not rush the job at all and was very professional. Top notch service.👍🏾❤️💯

he was good at his job and he helped us understand everything so we knew what he was talkin about and he helped work around our budget and was a great person huzzah was a wonderful worker

Adam was very thorough in spraying the inside and outside of my home. He was professional and polite and explained the process to me, as well as the weak spots that the spiders may be hiding or entering my house.

How can you claim to spray all the areas from the outside of the house and in only 5 mins? How does that work. Also trying to charge people a fee after cancellation of a contract that has been completed is crazy. Oh and if I see you in my subdivision trying to scam people I’m calling the police. It clearly says no soliciting🙂‍↔️

These guys are absolutely incredible! Adam was amazing and very informative. They also work very fast. Highly recommend!!

Vernon did an excellent job letting me know everything that was being treated, how it was being treated and what to expect. He was very thoughtful. He had me pickup all the dog toys in the backyard to make sure they stayed safe. (There were a ton!). He also helped double check to make sure we didn’t miss any. Highly recommend his services.

Great service and great people who were so helpful the whole way. My technician Vernon walked me through the whole process before starting and made sure I understood everything, great technician and a good dude. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. 😀

Chase Felmlee was here today and treated our lawn for moles and grub control and was very courteous and professional, except he was hot with all is black clothes. He paid special attention to the notes on my account because I have two German Shepard dogs in the back. He was very careful when he treated the holes with poison. Thank you Chase.
