I found and contacted Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions through Thumbtack and received a response almost instantly. I scheduled an appointment for inspection for a wasps nest for the following Monday. J arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled window which I’m happy about. During the inspection, I began to explain some of my issues and concerns. J was very understanding, knowledgeable and informative of all of the issues that I brought up. He provided solutions on the spot and was able to provide me with a quote for services. He walked me through the processes and timelines of the services. I’m very appreciative of J and the service that Titan provides.

Jay was great, prompt service and an excellent no nonsense approach! I had a stubborn raccoon in my attic and he came out asap and provided me with an excellent solution. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell me on a lot of different things I didn't really need. He solved the problem fast and efficiently.

Nathan a Jay came to set permanent coverings on 3 chimney stacks that we have. The work was done, let’s see if any issues arise with the coonswthat we’re getting into our chimneys over the winter time. Overall, had to be patient with Titan on the whole situation but happy the work has finally be completed.

We really enjoy working with Titan. We had our usual monthly service with Dennis today and he was excellent to work with. His communication was clear and timely, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process so we knew exactly what to expect. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail. He really listened to our specific concerns and made sure they were fully addressed, rather than taking a generic approach. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend working with Dennis from Titan for anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and thorough pest control service!

After using a national chain for five months at my new house I reached out to Titan because chain was unable to eradicate stink bugs. I know they’re harmless, but they were absolutely impacting my enjoyment of my lovely little home. Brandyn came out and immediately put me at ease, explaining in detail how he was going to take care of the issue and what to expect. He also discovered an obvious mole issue which had never been mentioned. I’m very relieved and looking forward to a pest-free spring and summer :) I’ve already suggested to many people that they switch to Titan!

I take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but this company relies on "sneaky" tactics rather than honest communication. After reflecting on my experience from the end of January, I feel it’s important to warn others about how this business operates. The technician who came to my home was polite, but he never verbally explained that the trap being installed for an opossum was a daily rental. I only learned this when the company reached out to pick it up. They didn’t even bother to ask if the animal had actually been caught; they were clearly only focused on retrieving the equipment to close the billing cycle. While I called them during a period of bad weather, I expected a professional company to advise me if the conditions would make the service ineffective. Instead, they set the trap right as a major snowstorm hit, when opossum activity is minimal. To make matters worse, the bait (a can of cat food) didn't even appear to be fully opened or accessible, which I’ve included a photo of. It felt like the trap was "set" simply to start a rental clock during a window where catching anything was highly unlikely. On top of that, I explicitly declined a pest control subscription in person, yet they still sent me a subscription contract to sign immediately after leaving. While the staff is "nice," the business model seems designed to prioritize equipment leasing fees over actual results and honest advice. I will not be using this company again. Update: the company has since reached out to explain that the slightly opened bait can is an intentional tactic to encourage the animal to enter the trap further, which increases the chances of capture.

Response from Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions

Hello Chie Moon,

Titan Pest & Wildlife Solutions is a family and veteran-owned local company, and we take pride in serving our community with transparency and professionalism. When concerns are brought to our attention, we make every effort to contact customers directly to explain the service and find a fair resolution. Since we were unable to connect with you after attempting to reach out, we would like to address the concerns mentioned in your review.

The bait can in the trap is intentionally only partially opened. This is a common wildlife trapping practice that encourages the animal to fully enter the trap to reach the scent of the food, which increases the likelihood of capture.

The technician completed the service that was requested, and the trap rental and service details are outlined in the service agreement that was provided. Regarding the subscription mentioned, the agreement is automatically sent after visits, so customers have the option to review and sign digitally if they choose. It is not activated unless it is signed.

We wish you the best moving forward, Titan.

I told the salesman several times I only want the mole services. I do not want my yard sprayed with chemicals. I am highly allergic to pesticides and my dogs eat grass. Yet he put the spray on my contract. You can't reach any human being only AI agents. Beware of this company. Update: Stephanie in billing was very helpful in resolving some billing issues. She was calm and pleasant to work with. I truly appreciate her help.

This is the 3rd time they have been out and they are very attentive in trying to figure out how the mice are getting in my attic. All 3 young men have been very professional. Update a year later. My contract was supposed to end last month. I called 2 months prior as well as the month of to verify it would be cancelled. However, I was still charged a monthly fee even after the contract was up and they still scheduled a service call. When I called to inquire, they told me I should have sent cancellation 60 days prior to end of contract, but I was never verbally told this fact until well after the contract was over. The previous people I spoke with at Titan assured me the contract was cancelled verbally. It is also extremely difficult to get a hold of a human on the service line (only AI answers); however, if you call and push for new business line, they answer right away. The communication has definitely gone down significantly since I signed up over a year ago and it seems like a HUGE money grab. On the initial few visits, they were very push about leaving a google review. Take away: be extremely leary of the scare tactic on the first visit. Also, make sure to read the contract you sign and ask for a hard copy. I was not as careful as I should have been and was too trusting. I would recommend calling someone local with a small business. This seems like a corporation at this point.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our experience with Titan has been an absolute nightmare. We saw a raccoon in our carport (not our attic) and reached out for an appointment. The technician (Will) came on a Thursday. He had no ladder or equipment. He did go into our attic, and said he saw a family of raccoons. The pictures he took showed no raccoons, but he assured us they were there. He then proceeded to quote us $1600 ($800 up front) to 'proof' the attic, and $45/month (1 year commitment) for bi-monthly visits. I trusted Will, and agreed (stupidly) to the terms. The lies may have already begun (I went into the attic myself and saw no animals, droppings, etc.), but they got worse when he said the 1-year contract would NOT auto-renew. After signing the paperwork, I found out this was not true. A lie, but not a huge deal, I'll just have to be vigilant about cancelling before the renewal kicks in. He said that someone would contact me, to set up the initial visits. Another lie. Will said it would be a two-day visit on back-to-back days. Another lie (see below). Will even took several pieces of Halloween candy out of our kitchen table jar, during the visit. Very unprofessional. I ended up calling Titan, since no call came. The customer service rep said he would check the schedule and call me back that same day with some options. The call never came. Another lie. My wife called the next day, and spoke to the same representative. He said we already HAD an appointment scheduled. It's lucky that we called, because we were never consulted or notified that an appointment had been made. The rep also said that it is NOT a two-day back-to-back visit, the two visits come 10-15 days apart. At this point, I knew this company was not someone that I wanted to be involved with. I asked to speak to a manager or an owner. The rep said that wasn't possible, but he would put in a note to have a manager call me that day. I emailed, texted, and filled out the online form...begging a manager to call me back ASAP. Eventually, Stephanie (the customer service manager) called me. I wanted an owner, but thought this may suffice. This was Tuesday (after the previous Thursday's home visit). I told Stephanie that this whole process has been frustrating, and that we've been given conflicting information throughout our experience with Titan. She then told me that Will was no longer with the company! What could've happened in that short time frame? I then said that we wanted to exercise our right to opt-out of the contract (since we were within 3 business days, which is federal law), and request the $800 refund. Stephanie said she would process the cancellation, present all of my complaints, and contact me within 1-2 business days. When no contact came, on the third business day, I reached out to her. She apologized, and said the contract cancellation was in the review process, and could take 1-2 weeks (!). This was the first I'd heard of this time window. I was content to just let this issue play out, until she said, "Right now, it could go either way." Now I'm furious. No, it CAN'T "go either way." We cancelled within the federally-regulated 3 business day window. We've been lied to, deceived, and ignored. I mentioned that we have presented all of this information to a lawyer. We ended our call. Within an hour, she called back to let us know that the contract cancellation had been confirmed. Funny how 1-2 weeks turns into 1-2 hours, when you mention a lawyer. I'm out $300 in lawyer fees, but I would've paid double that to not have to EVER deal with Titan again. TLDR: Seek help somewhere else. This company is a disaster.

Response from Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions

Hi Dan. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we fully understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us identify where our process needs to improve.

You are correct that the technician you mentioned is no longer with our company. Unfortunately, when this situation came to our attention, we were working to piece together the details without proper documentation or notes left behind. Our customer service representative did their best to navigate a complex situation we had not previously encountered, while ensuring that we honored the terms of the signed agreement until a resolution could be reached.

While our cancellation reviews typically take up to 1–2 weeks for verification and approval, your request was expedited and completed within three business days, as it fell within the allowed cancellation period.

We also want to clarify that your mention of legal counsel did not influence our decision. The timing simply reflected the fact that once all necessary documentation was reviewed, we were able to finalize your cancellation promptly.

We regret that your experience with Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions did not reflect the standards we hold ourselves to. We are taking steps internally to strengthen communication, improve documentation, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and transparency our company stands for.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

I am updating my post from one month ago. Do NOT hire this company. When you call Customer Service you get “Rosie”, the AI assistant. Rosie forwards your email to a staff member who calls you back. If you can’t take the call they leave Rosie’s number. You easily get caught in an endless loop. This is no way to do business, Titan Pest!!!

The continued incompetence of this company over 3 years of service has led me to leave a 1 star review. I would absolutely not recommend this company to others. Here is a list of things that has occurred during my time as a customer: - they sent someone who appeared to be under the influence of substances to my home. He was talking nonsense and with an inflated mood and his eyes were closed while talking. - a worker hit on me while in my home by myself and made me extremely uncomfortable - a different worker tried to take a photo of my credit card on his personal cell phone to “update the system” to which I obviously refused. The front desk lady assured me it was “just a gap in training.” - after the above, Brandon(owner) came to my home and talked to me at which I felt comfortable continuing services. - following this; a different worker said that he did not think the owner knew what he was doing (odd to say to a customer??) and that there was no notes on what system I had in place. I had to go in and find the information for him to be able to finish the treatment - I am done at this point and closed the account - which they confirmed via email - since then, I have been charged for additional billing cycles after I closed my account, furthering the pattern of incompetence of this company.

Response from Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This is my first time ever doing a review because I don't want anyone else to be stuck in the situation I am in. I don't like doing bad reviews because I don't want to be putting bad things out there and hurting someone's business when other people can be having great experiences. But at this point, the risk of potential customers that could face a similar experience outweighs my guilt over hurting a company's reputation. I have never had a service experience this rough before. I originally went with Titan around 2 years ago when I had animals in my attic and saw they were available to help and had strong reviews on Google. I signed up for their plan (I think it was around $1,800) that has a warranty if animals remain an issue. That warranty since got renewed because it is 2 years later and there are still animals getting into my attic. Not a joke, it has been 2 years since I initially called Titan about animals in the attic and they continually visit, set a trap, say it's sealed and good to go, and then a couple months go by and we repeat the same thing. Throughout this, there have been numerous times where they (without notice) have just not shown up to appointments. I'm pretty sure at this point I have spoken with almost every customer service member the company has because there is a constant need to schedule appointments or call back because something is off. The access to my attic has somehow been damaged enough that it will need to be repainted because their ladders / equipment have scraped it almost every time they visit. I'm happy for the people who have had good experiences with this company, but for my experience it has caused me nothing but stress, money, time, and frustration. I absolutely want to go with another company, but the fact that I had invested so much money into the initial problem and they are supposed to fix it with the warranty has led me to continue to call and schedule in the hopes that whatever new technician I get can solve the problem. It's the principle of it all and the fact that I paid for a service. I started asking family members to assist with being there when they arrive because I do not feel respected or taken seriously by the representatives of this company. I called them today to confirm an appointment about animals I heard last week (today was the earliest they could do) and see if they would be able to come earlier in the arrival window. It was on this call (where I called them) when they said they actually have to cancel the appointment and sorry for the inconvenience. This really stinks for anyone who has to take off work to be there to let them in. They aren't able to reschedule me for at least another week. I really don't feel like a priority or a customer they care about at all. To add insult to injury, they know I got new insulation after they initially told me the animals were gone and the attic was sealed. There's now urine on my ceiling. I genuinely don't understand at all how the 5 star reviews are from the same company I've been using for the last 2 years. Majorly disappointed, bummed, and concerned for any other solo homeowners who consider this company. I feel like I've been scammed. Final note: at one point about a year in, they discovered that bats had seriously taken over. This bothers me to this day because with the regular appointments I had I was continually reassured that the attic was sealed. Once the new technician came across the (well established) group of bats, it required a new contract and a new warranty. I was in a tight spot and couldn't find an available company in my area (and I feel foolish saying this now) so I signed up again. To my knowledge, the bats are now gone. But honestly, who really knows. This was a big learning experience for me on signing contracts and trusting companies that appear to be trustworthy. Again, majorly bummed and stressed out. I'm really sorry to post something so negative - I just really would not advise putting money into this. Don't make the mistake I did.

Scam Warning – I’ve Paid $900 Already, Owe $1,065, and They Want Another $1,020 Just to Cancel I feel completely taken advantage of. I paid a $900 down payment, still owe $1,065, and if I cancel the contract, they will accelerate the remaining $85/month for the rest of the year—an additional $1,020—due immediately. So all in, they expect $3,000 for what exactly? I signed up because we were dealing with pests—mice, a rat snake, and normal bug activity. Brandyn sold me a vision of complete peace of mind: sealed basement, insulation, warranty, and total protection. He made it sound like all my worries would be gone. What I got instead was vague answers, missed appointments, and more bugs than before. After the first technician visit, they never returned as scheduled. I was told a replacement tech would come later that day—no one showed up. Brandyn read my text, but never answered, and had a uninformed office worker follow up. When I asked for a clear breakdown of the work I was paying for, no one could provide one. The office only offered vague statements about “cleaning and insulation,” which is not what I was sold. Brandyn, who was very responsive during the sales process (and eager to upsell), now completely ignores my calls and texts. It feels like once they got my payment, they disappeared. Now I’m trapped in a contract where if I cancel, I have to pay $2,085 more for a service that hasn’t delivered on any of its promises. Stay far away from this company. They are misleading, unresponsive, and all about the sale—not the service. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and disappointment. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We take feedback like this very seriously and want to make things right.

That said, we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our records show that services were scheduled, and our team made multiple attempts to follow up. It is not accurate to say that we “disappeared” after payment — our office staff and managers did reach out, and we remain available to address concerns.

We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve issues in real time rather than through miscommunication. Please reach out to us, and we will gladly review your account, go over the contract terms, and work toward a fair resolution.

We stand behind our services and contracts, and we want every customer to feel confident that they are receiving the value they signed up for.

UPDATED REVIEW, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Updating my review in hopes that no one else will have to deal with this company. All was fine until February, I paid my monthly fee as usual and when the end of the month came, no one had come out to provide the service. I contacted them and was assured my February payment would be applied to March service. March comes and I was still billed and had to reach out to remind them they needed to make up for February’s service and they agreed, and then no one came. Now it’s July and I had to repeat that process every month until now, and I am now getting texts and emails from them saying I have an over $200 balance on my account despite them not providing any services that I would be paying for. No one will answer the phone and I’ve sent them multiple emails. July is the last month of my contract, so now I’ll probably have to dispute the charge from February if they don’t provide my last service or issue a refund. The sales people are nice enough but this company does not follow through on the back end. Save yourself the hassle and pick another company! Original: So far I’m really happy with the service we’ve received from Titan! J was super friendly, informative and thorough, and he was able to take care of our first session the same day. We have a mouse problem so we ended up signing up for a recurring service and it is very affordable for what is included, as it covers both the mice and general pests. Definitely happy I came across this company and I’m excited to see the results!

Updating this...I met the salesperson, J, and he was fantastic, knowledgeable and made me feel like they were experts. Fast forward to me signing a contract and paying they miss their first two appointments. One of which they never called me about missing - I had to contact the sales rep and then hours later the company called me. This all just seemed like more of a hassle and I was concerned about their ability to actually service their contracts since they'd missed two appointments (both of which were a 2 hour window in which I had to rearrange my work schedule and be at home). Today I called just cancel - they haven't fulfilled their end of the agreement. I spoke to Jennifer and instead of listening to me and truly try to hear me, she said well, you signed a contract. I explained that they failed to fulfill their contact by now showing up and she just kept repeating herself, would not escalate the call for me and started talking down to me. They not only do NOT have team to service their commitment son time but they are have some of the most terrible customer service I have every experience. I will also be contacting the BBB as I do believe it's illegal to charge for a service and nearly a month later not to actually deliver the service. They are horrible!
