We were supposed to of had the guy who came by the other day who showed up unannounced when we were not home & contacted us. We let them know we were unaware they were even coming so we set it up for today which he stated that him & his boss would come out, they actually sent us a notification that the appt changed to next week but then another one said it was today. When the person showed up to treat the home it was 1 guy by himself not even the guy I talked to the other night show and No Boss. This guy was also a new employee & we have had issues with bad treatments and scheduling so this was already a bad thing. He treated the home but I noticed the sprayer was spraying a large amount at a time after he had already sprayed the basement & was upstairs now, when he was as spraying upstairs a large amount went on the windows and the floor it even puddled for quite sometime around our back door which I had to direct a fan in to dry and even seen a puddle on the floor an hour later when I let the cat loose so not a good thing. Then in the garage he sprayed the ceiling and wall intersection which again was massive amount shown on pic & left stains on the walls. Been disappointed in their service for quite some time now & gave them an opportunity to correct this but came up very short again, pics attached of staining on drywall from over spraying with heavy setting on sprayer. This was a extra service since last time which was probably 2 months ago when it was pouring down rain & 2 guys showed up did the outside then jumped in their van & took off without coming inside to even treat.

Dolan was very professional, communicated throughout visit from the text indicating when he would arrive through to end of visit and provided many pics as he moved around property. He also gave us multiple opportunities to question or communicate our needs. Very kind. New visit 5/5/25: as usual very satisfied with this service. Technicians have all been excellent. This year since having service noticed no stink bugs (1), spiders and more recently NO ants (1st time 30 yrs) in home. Thank you. Cost is well worth it. 10/9/25 Jarvis did a great job n communicated first rate! Very professional n friendly. Usually I receive a notice about the service - however I received none - not even 24hours or an hour or 30 minutes that I was being serviced today. This is very disappointing as I was interested in service inside the home and not outside. I also received no pictures or evidence of service around the perimeter or any of the areas of emphasis and concern. I’m deeply unimpressed and not with the workers bc they have all been respectful but the communication hasn’t been the best. This rating is a reflection of that
