We had a unique problem. After the very attentive staff listened and made notes, they sent the owner of the company. He was clearly up to the challenge and took on every aspect of the extermination. He offered all sorts of unexpected and welcome suggestions. We hit the jackpot with this company due to their willingness to handle everything from beginning to end.
