The service itself was fine, can't say I noticed a significant impact on any of the bug populations, but the gentlemen doing the work were professional and friendly. We were told we could cancel at any time, and since some of our plants had started dying after they started spraying, we attempted to cancel. I received one response from Taylor asking for confirmation, which I gave, and they have stopped sending people to the house to perform the work, but they continue to charge my credit card and now I can't get a response after several emails and phone calls. Very Disappointed, do not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Featured Pest and Termite. When I signed up, I was clearly told that I could cancel my service “at any time.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading. When the service they provided wasn’t what I actually needed, I attempted to cancel. I called multiple times and sent three separate emails requesting to stop the service. I never received a response addressing my concerns or acknowledging my cancellation requests. Instead, the only communication I received were automated emails telling me I owed them money. To make matters worse, I was then told I could not cancel without paying for the entire year of service, which directly contradicts what I was told when signing up. A company that misrepresents its cancellation policy and ignores customer concerns is not one I would trust. Based on my experience, I would never use or recommend Featured Pest and Termite to anyone.

Really Sad, I picked them up in April. All summer long we had issues. I was told by Michael when he came out that to just give them 6 months and if I'm not happy I can cancel. When I called to cancel they advised that I have to wait a year to cancel or pay 300.00. This was not what I was told. I also talked to 2 neighbors who signed up and they too stated they were told they could cancel in 6 months. Clearly there is a miscommunication from their sales team. The worst part is when I advised I will be talking my neighbors, that I sent Feature too to get more business, know about this and confirm it was 6 months. The Lady on the phone laughed, completely unprofessional on multiple issues.

99$ special and return every three months turned into 55$ per month every month since! Tried to cancel service then they said there would be a $256 cancellation fee. I’ve been charged $265 thus far for one granular/spray treatment. Plus the $256 cancelation fee. What a scam…. I would not recommend.

Very responsive to emails, but did not see a difference in bugs. The company did not relay the information that they come out only quarterly, but charge you monthly. When they tried to talk us into service, they said it was X dollar amount each month, but did not relay that they only come out quarterly. When emailed about their lack of communication and wanting to cancel my service, they said that I would be charged a fee for canceling a 12 month contract. Shady business!

Hidden fees, pet health concerns, and collections threat! Cancellation fee not disclosed: I was never told about a cancellation fee when I signed up (rep: Natalia). Only learned about it when I called to cancel. Pet health issues after spraying: After the first treatment (~2 months ago), both dogs developed significant skin problems that worsened with continued spraying (inflammation, itching, hair loss). We’ve spent thousands on vet care. Poor customer service: The branch manager, Nate, said there’s “nothing he can do” about the fee and stated he would send me to collections. Referrals regretted: I referred several neighbors; this has been embarrassing given the experience. I won’t pay another dollar and will not recommend this company. Use at your own risk!!

I do not recommend using feature pest control from the moment that I signed up with the company they overcharged my card with no refund they sent out an unexperienced technician that was not highly trained. That did not properly treat the inside of my home. Didn’t know where to put the traps and handed me my own traps and told me I could put them inside My Home for the amount of money that they are charging in the service they provide it’s not worth the money or your time.. I also had them treat for mosquitoes and and the solution they use did not get rid of my mosquito problem. I had to have another company come out to get rid of my problem. They also keep you bind in a contract whether you are a satisfied customer or a dissatisfied customer so beware of using this company

I live in a rural area and this random guy shows up on a scooter, rang my door bell 2x, and knocked several times. I made it to the door in 2 min and he was already gone, but he woke my baby up from a nap. 45min later he is back at my door knocking and ringing the bell waking the baby again. I told him we were not interested in whatever he was selling and that he needed to stop knocking on my door. He rolled his eyes and made a comment about my dog barking saying "what is he your guard dog". Yikes.

This company is misleading, dishonest, and provides terrible service. Do not trust them. Their salesman (who seemed to be one of the owners) promised me a one-time yearly cost of $75 + $49 + $49 + $49, but instead they’ve been charging $75 + $49 every month. When I complained, they first agreed to check the sales call recording, but later claimed it was “deleted.” The technician was unprofessional, came on a rainy day, sprayed for less than 7 minutes, covered only about 60% of the house, and left. When I complained, no one cared. To cancel, they give you the runaround, waste your time, and finally transfer you to a manager who tries to extort $275 for cancellation, citing a “service agreement” that doesn’t even say what they claim.

PSA: Never say yes to a solicitor. This outfit showed up at my door and don’t take no for an answer. There is a lot of fraud in this business. This company has probably had many different names in the past. Google reviews loaded with a bunch of fresh glowing reviews (all in the last few weeks). Pretty easy giveaway that many are fake.

The salesman thought it was a good idea to keep pushing and asking questions even after I told him that I was pressed for time. He was very aggressive and pushed to sell me services when I told him that I was not buying anything. The only way I could get him to go away was to straight up tell him to do so. I let him stick around long enough to get this company's info so I can purposefully avoid them in the future and leave this review to warn others.
