I went to QT to get air, when I got out I noticed a guy in there truck looking a bit off. I checked to make sure he was ok and he looked fine so I continued to air my tire making on contact with the guy. As I aired my tires kneeling down already the guy hopped out really aggressively to the point I felt the needed to defend myself after explaining I was checking on him the guy continued to press me saying not to look at him and curse at me. The man is off hinge and is a serious liability. If he continued to walked up on me critter control would needed to send someone to pick up there vehicle.
We spent $1800 one year and 3 months ago to do all the construction necessary on our house to guarantee that squirrels or other rodents would never get in our house again. The person who sold us this clearly told us NEVER, or we would not have spent that much money. Now we have squirrels again, and their story is that the warranty is only for a year, and we are 3 months past that, so we would be charged again. It is our bad for not getting the warranty in writing, but their bad for lying to us about it.

I called this company to come out and give me a quote on removing mice from my rental property. The person that came out told me the exterior looked fine, no holes visible that they could see from entry points. I was given a quote that was very high. I told him if we can do X price instead of what they proposed (everything in life is negotiable), he said as a customer I can get other quotes - no problem, so I did. I found a company that actually found multiple holes from the exterior leading to the inside…and saved me money. Thank you for not only doing your job wrong, but also telling me you don’t negotiate on price, because that’s what made me to look elsewhere. - I’m an out of state investor, meaning I’m not boots on the ground looking at the exterior of my property like a company like this should be doing when I’m eliciting their services. Absolutely wild watching the video I received from a different pest control company that pointed out things this company failed to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Critter Control gentlemen are experts! They quickly determine pest points of entry and come up with a plan to seal them. They come prepared with all the equipment and are brilliant explainers! It was a pleasure working with them. Their turnaround times are fantastic and they actually get the job done! Don’t work with other, albeit cheaper options, these guys are WORTH IT!

We greatly appreciate this feedback, Meir! Your kind words about our responsiveness mean a lot to us.
Fast follow up to my online service request, super pleasant and professional tech came to survey house and critter access to our attic, then a straightforward solution proposal at fair price. We accepted and within a week one way trap was set, eaves barricaded with wire matching trim color, trap removed, attic access sealed. Done deal, we are very pleased and no more critters.
Response from Critter Control
We greatly appreciate this feedback, Brian! We're so glad you had such a great experience with us.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Critter Control did an amazing job! Yes, it was a little costly, but honestly, I’d rather pay a bit more for fast, reliable, and outstanding service. They got the critters—what more can I ask for?
Response from Critter Control
We're so glad we could be of service! Thank you for sharing.
Such a great and responsive company! Overall I am quite pleased with the customer service and overall service I have received. I live near a field, and mice were entering my home. The day Josh came and did my inspection there was a mouse in my kitchen, I was terrified. (I'm just a girl LOL) He came in, got it out like a pro and saved my day. The price is worth the service in my opinion. I also appreciate the courtesy call and the link you receive the day of your monthly house service. Keep up the great work CC!
Response from Critter Control
We are so happy to hear this feedback, Alexis! Dealing with a mouse infestation can be a stressful thing, so we're glad we could be of service to you. Your kind words and 5-stars are greatly appreciated!
We had a family of Raccoons 4 of them. After the storms in May this year. Our gutter was damaged and they moved in. Critter Control is amazing to work with Over the past couple of weeks three Critter Control professionals were at our house for different stages of the removal of the raccoons. I can’t express how wonderful the Three young men were. All three of them took the time to explain each stage of the removal and what will happen next. I highly recommend them! Although their little faces are cute they are very destructive and have to go.
Response from Critter Control
We're so glad we could be of service! Thank you for sharing these kind words and for your recommendation. We greatly appreciate it!
Where to begin? First the tech arrived and asked if I had a ladder because he didn't have one. I did not. Then without inspecting the area of the roof/soffit in question he said I must have squirrels nesting in the soffit and quoted me $1500. I called for a different company, Rottler, to come out and he climbed up his ladder and said, no sign of nesting and that the wood above the soffit must have become dislodged and forced the soffit to dislodge. I highly recommend calling another company, maybe Rottler.

Josh, the manager told us there will be a buffet of food in the traps… he lied and I tried calling him. He never returned my call. I paid $1903.80 and I’m the one that caught the raccoon.. The female is still running loose, but Josh did get the babies. I truly feel like I threw the money out the window and ended up with a broken cage. The two days Tanner was here. He did absolutely nothing.. do not waste your money. Once they sell you and give you their pitch, that is it they will not return phone calls. Please find someone else that can handle the job
Response from Critter Control
We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we understand your frustration—especially after making a significant investment. While much of the service involved exclusion repairs to prevent future issues, we also did capture one adult raccoon and removed the babies during the trapping period.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up and communication. You deserve timely responses, and we’re following up internally to ensure this is addressed. If you’d like to speak further or still need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our office—we want to make things right.
Buyer beware. Wish I had read the reviews first. They charged me to fix 2 holes but only did one. To charge me twice they opened a hole I had already fixed. Squirrels returned and they re-fixed it. The folks that came out were very nice but this business is a sham.
Response from Critter Control
We're very sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling frustrated, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

During your initial inspection, two squirrel entry points were identified. When our technician returned to perform the work, he noticed that one of the holes had previously been patched. However, he observed signs that squirrels were still using that entry point. To ensure full exclusion, he installed a second one-way door over that spot at no additional charge to you. In total, three access points were ultimately secured: the original, the second from the inspection, and the repaired area that required further attention.

We understand that this caused some concern, and we attempted to explain the reasoning in person during a follow-up visit. While we’re glad to hear you found our team courteous, we’re disappointed we fell short of your expectations. Our goal is always to provide transparent, thorough service that resolves the issue effectively.

If you have any lingering concerns or would like to discuss this further, we’d welcome the chance to speak with you directly.
I schedule an appointment for someone named Mitchell to come between 8 and 10 AM. At noon he hadn’t showed up so I called the company and they said they would contact him. At 2 PM I called again and they said they would try again but there was nothing they could do besides text him. No one ever called me back. The next day I called again and asked if someone else could come . They said Mitchell would be sure to come today. It’s 6 PM and still no call and no one came. I do not recommend.

We had a guy named Josh come to the house he just stood at my front door then we talked at my garage. I showed him a snake product and he didn’t suggest it. He told me they spray. He never walked around our yard, never called me when he was going to be 30 minutes away like he said he would. Just showed up at my house and I had just woke up. He seemed in a rush when here. . He emailed me and estimate. I sent him a few texts about some questions and never answered me back but the text showed read by him. I called the company twice and told them what happened and was told they would let management know and Josh and I would hear back within an hour never did. We will be using a different company for the snake problem

At first I thought they were so nice came out right away and gave me a bid. Then work was done in a mishap way and we were very patient. Not long after they supposedly got the squirrels the squirrels came back and they said we would have to pay all over again. I asked to talk to a manager just to review what happened and I’ve called four times and keep getting told someone will call and they never have.
Response from Critter Control

I saw a big black snake in my front yard in October 2023 that’s when I called them. Whoever answered the phone said that they would do initial treatment for $499.00 which should include searching for the snake, possible nesting, and eggs. None of this happened. The guy just sprayed the yards and initially he was going to spray for moles and asked me I’m here for moles, right?!. After the initial treatment, which was not done properly, there was a monthly spray service that cost $89.00 a time for 8 months until June 2024. After getting all that money $ 1,211.00 , I just found a snake skin sheds in my yard yesterday 06/22/2024. Terrible experience. Attached are the pictures of the snake sheds that I just found and the picture of the snake that I saw last year.

I paid a total of over $2,400 to try to get rid of a family of 3 squirrels that was living in my attic. My house has cedar siding so the squirrels made a hole and was nesting in the attic. This was money wasted and I do not recommend doing business with this company. Took them over 4 months and they only caught 1 squirrel. Over the 4 months they would randomly show up to my house unannounced and had no idea what they did. I had to remind them twice over the period of 4 months that they still had the traps set up and no additional squirrel was caught. Even when the job wasn't complete after 4 months, they kept calling me to pay off my invoice of over $2,400. They charged my credit card so I had no way of withholding payment until job was done to my satisfaction. The work they did patching up my cedar siding was very unsightly, metal plate with 4 bolts. I complained to customer service and a manager did contact me over email stating someone will repair the unsightly patch of metal. Called them 3 times over a period of 1 month and nobody came over the house to resolve the issue. You have been warned. Save your money, don't let this company rip you off. For $2,400 you can buy your own traps and solve your squirrel issues or order some rodent poison and place them in your yard to get rid of squirrels. Total waste of my money.
Terrible taste in my mouth, we had squirrels get into our soffit in front of our house. We were quoted on having a solid piece of galvanized steel hidden from the common eye, sprayed sterilization and clean up. We got a type of material that they used to set the squirrel trap. Also they installed onto our gutter without permission or how it was sold to us. Very deceiving sales approach... Be careful with what you sign up for with this company. For the price we paid we got about half of the work done. The technician left a mess, beat up our soffit and said we can just get someone else out to fix that no problem. Also we paid for a sanitization spray, the technician told me he forgot the sprayer and just made due. District Manger said they would make it right and sent out the service manager. The service manager came out and justified the work done and said thats how he trains his staff. I would not use this company, all I got was shrugged shoulders and sorry for the bad work, now pay up.
Response from Critter Control
Hi Evan, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for letting us address your concerns and resolve this issue.
Downgrading review to one star since it's been weeks and there has been no follow up from the district manager (if they did call, did not leave a message/call back number), nor have I gotten a response from the customer service email provided in the response to this review. I've attached photos. No more mixed feelings on Critter Control. They did come out quickly and their techs were nice, but they totally botched one of the repairs/exclusion fixes and it will cost me down the line. I have a small bumped out area of my house. The opening sits above the ground and the bottom of it was never covered. Critter Control found this during their inspection and said they could install plywood into the opening and it would be fixed. Well, they installed the plywood alright, but they left the plywood edge exposed and unpainted/unsealed. It's a drip edge and is exposed to the elements like rain and will rot (specific instructions to tech, "If it's visible, paint it, if not, don't"). In addition, each place where the screws went in damaged the existing wood of the house, creating more areas for long term damage. I get it if carpentry isn't their thing, but then don't offer a fix that's going to damage part of my house and cost me more money because it's not your specialty. I won't be calling them again. Their responses to Google reviews make it seem like they care, but clearly they do not.
Response from Critter Control
