I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Terminix due to misinformation, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. On Saturday, 12/6, I called Terminix and spoke with a representative who signed me up for Pest 365. I was told this service included a free inspection, exclusion services (sealing holes around the home), and bait boxes. Some of the worst service that I've ever received. Complete incompetency on all accounts. Over a month ago, I hired Terminix to trap a raccoon that's been in my attic. Two weeks after later, a possum gets trapped. Terminix checks the trap and takes the possum and the trap with no explanation to me. That was 17 days ago and the trap hasn't been since.
