EcoShield has done wonders for my peace of mind. Ticks, mosquitos and wasps had taken over my yard; EcoShield’s treatment quickly and effectively rid my property of all of them. Even better than their product, EcoShield’s commitment to service is top notch. My personal rep, Jack, is extremely knowledgeable, with a client-first mentality. My recent tech, Joseph, was personable and efficient. When I had a tiny flare up of ticks, he worked quickly to find a prompt and fair solution. He understands that Pest Control, at the end of the day, is a service. I’m sure other larger companies have an equitable product, but I struggle to imagine they have the same level of genuine, personalized service.

Not impressed. They have come multiple times over the last 7 months and I dont have less bugs. Might have more but of course you can only get out of it buy pays a $250 dollar cancelation fee (something they dont tell you) so pretty much stuck waiting for the last 2 visits. Save your money!

STEER FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sales rep will LIE to ensure you are stuck in a contract that costs a percentage to cancel. Don’t believe ANYTHING they tell you about what qualities justify this price. LOOK INTO YOUR LOCAL COMPANIES BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM. You sign a contract that gives them OVER A THOUSAND dollars for pest control that you have to call back multiple times. They left white dust everywhereeeee all over my porch all over my house. We just paid hundreds to get out of a contact that we weren’t told the truth about to begin with. NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT HAS TO LIE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.

We started services in August 2025 and have not seen any improvement in solving our mice issue that we are still having in our home. All that was done was putting multiple traps and bait boxes around the home. An inspector was sent to look for entryways only to find out that filling in those holes are an extra cost on top of the monthly payment we were already paying. I find it disappointing that that the sales person I talked to when initially signing up failed to mention that filling in entryways was an extra cost. I believe if you're dealing with a mice issue don't bother with these guys.

I don’t agree with service timing spraying even there is snow on the ground for a very minor issue from the summer time is dead wrong . And when I tried to change it they jumped into charging me an additional 250.00 . If they performed at better times to spray I would keep it . But spraying in the coldest time of the year the temperature today is 6 degrees and has been below zero . There are no bugs I believe to get sprayed when you have bugs not to just spray to be spraying . Even the man spraying that took my 189.00 for one visits exact words where he will try . That is not good. Trust me think this contract through it may bite you .

Worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm not sure they have an honest person in the organization. They lied to me from the jump. Nothing they did helped with the bugs in my yard. I had better luck with $10 product from Lowes. They ate very unclear whether they spray for mosquito. One employee said they don't and another said they did. Needless to say they didn't for me. Saw where thus company is being sued. Not surprised. If they knock on your, politely ask them to leave. You'll thank me

I’m highly upset with this company. The guy who came to my home to sell me their services lied about information and was not under the impression I would be “under a contract” although technicians are professional, the customer service agents are HORRIBLE! I asked to cancel my service and they choose to keep trying negotiate with me and not listen to me! That was 3 months ago and instead of canceling my services he paused my account. Now today I get an appointment reminder thinking I canceled my account. That sales representative was horrible, argumentative and extremely rude! They are clearly about making a profit and not making the customer happy. So now ai just got an invoice for $250 from that customer service representative. I’m not pleased at all, I don’t like how these guys come to your home scouting people into false advertising and leaving out information. Be up front be honest and maybe people will want to take part in your company. EcoShield has left a bad taste in my mouth! I’m not paying the $250 for canceling my account with a company who doesn’t listen and just wants a dollar out of you!

The technicians that have come out have done good work, but the company is questionable. This past week they scheduled me an appointment and let me know on Tuesday afternoon about the Friday morning appointment. I called immediately because no one would be home and I did not want the technician to come out without someone here AND I needed specific areas treated especially inside. I got an invoice for service rendered while I was at work which was impossible because the property was locked and inaccessible. I called and spoke with a very rude customer service agent who finally got me rescheduled for what they labeled as a touch up with a promise of an afternoon appointment so someone would be home. This is inaccurate as there is no way the service was ever done. Today I got an email saying I was scheduled first thing in the morning so I once again called and said the appointment would no work because someone needs to be home and eventually they changed it to a late afternoon appointment. We shall see ...

Please find a different pest control service. We agreed on quarterly treatments with free sprays in between if the bugs keep appearing. They will show up at your door a month later claiming it’s another quarterly visit (mind you quarterly means 4 a year) and charge you the same amount. Don’t bother asking customer service why because they’ll simply argue that it’s apart of the contract even though that’s not what the door-to-door salesman sold you. So now we get to pay double what we thought we agreed upon and guess what.. the bugs keep on coming 😂 have definitely learned not to trust this company and will definitely just be spraying ourselves once this is over because they’ll charge you an outrageous price to cancel even if you’re extremely unsatisfied with the service.

Very disappointed with this company. I decided to cancel my service after realizing it wasn’t effective, and they charged me a large cancelation fee that was never clearly explained in the contract. When I called to question it, the staff was rude and unhelpful. It feels unfair to be punished for ending a service that didn’t even work as promised. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest business practices.

Total scam. They lure you in with a low price, then hit you with ridiculous hidden fees once they show up. I ended up paying way more than I agreed to, and the service didn’t even solve the problem. Save your money and go somewhere else — this company only cares about taking your cash.
