Aiden is such a sweetheart and so caring, he made this process seem more like he was helping a neighbor or family rather than just a business sale. We could tell he really wanted to make sure we were taken care of, and an approach like that can make all the difference. After he did our initial inspection, we fully trusted him and made the switch from a different pest control company. While he was outside working, he noticed some old trash that had gotten stuck in one of our bushes and without thinking he picked it out to throw away. Little details like that show his genuineness and how much he cares! Hard to find young men like this in the business world!

Do not purchase services from this scam of a company. I can tell a lot of these 'good' reviews seem to be paid reviews to mask the real quality of this company. I asked for a simple squirrel to be removed from the inner walls of my rental property. They were unable to catch the squirrel after a very poor attempt to set a trap and still charged me FULL PRICE. $550.00 bill and I didn't even get what I paid for. I was told the squirrel retreated into the wall. . . Of course, it's going to treat when facing danger. A 5-year-old can tell you that. I asked for at least a partial refund since the service I paid for was not completed. However, they denied my request. Grown man and a whole company outsmarted by one simple squirrel and still believe they have the right to take my money. Tailor Made Pest Control, you are cowards in your line of duty and absolutely weak in your morals. You will never get my business again and I hope this review raises awareness for others to avoid your poor service as well.

I used a company called Swat pest control back in 2023, this company bought out Swat and now are collecting on old debt. I never received any invoices from swat or this company until today Jan 2026. they are trying to say I owe late fees on old debt they just acquired, I have never received any service from this company. Would not recommend them with such bad business practices.

Many years ago, I used the company called SWAT team pest control. They will come out monthly and service my home one day they quit showing up AndAttempted to bill me For services, I did not receive. Never really heard anything else about it. All of a sudden With in the past Month or so I start receiving calls messages and emails Stating that I had an invoice, do I owe money to this company I’ve never heard of before Taylor made Come to find out they buy out SWAT team at some point dig back into SWAT teams financials in dig up some old inaccurate invoices sent to me for services that did not happen The reason why I refused to pay in the beginning and they’re putting dates on it from the current we we’re in as if I use their services that recently never have I seen anything like this. I think it’s a really stupid way To make a name for yourself As a new business in Louisville, trying to collect an old companies debts without any kind of information about the reason why these invoices were never honored because the services were never rendered a good luck. That’s how I like to do things and it works for you, More power to you. I’ll never have a good thing to say about you I’m tired of my phone going off saying I owe money to some company that just wants to be clever you’ll tarnish your name in my eyes over $70 that you didn’t even earn nor did that previous company earn over some Technicality and paperwork how am I supposed to prove no one showed up my house that many years ago when that’s just it no one showed up at my house I’m not paying for nothing take this shit to collections. How far you want to drag out this measly $70 you’ll need the money that bad you shouldn’t be in business.

I want to give a negative star, but unfortunately, they don't exist. Christian is a slimy businessman. After enduring terrible customer service for half of my evening last night, all because I wanted to reschedule the appointment to check the bait, so I could be home when the technician arrived, a heated disagreement broke out over text messages. Full of himself and his so-called "expertise" in pest control - a field he should stick to since customer service is clearly not his strong suit - I had them come pick up the bait traps today. I collected them, placed them on my front porch, took a photo, and sent it back. He then had the audacity to tell me to move them to prevent damage, even though they were already outside. Fine. Today, I took the day off work because I no longer trusted this company. He claimed I owed $360 to terminate the contract I had entered into (remember this is all because I wanted to reschedule so I would be home when the tech came), and when I refused to pay, he threatened to sue me. I said I would counter by demanding $500 for lost wages. At 2:41 p.m. today, I received an email stating my balance was zero. A technician arrived, collected the bait stations, and was very kind. I thanked her and unfroze my card to tip her, as she deserved it. Christian saw an opportunity and at 5:49 p.m., he charged the $360 I supposedly still owed, sending me a receipt I’m certain with a smirk. One day, he will cross paths with the wrong person. He lacks any customer service skills, but he certainly knows how to reveal his true nature. I strongly advise reading all the reviews on Google and BBB. Despite his boasts of the 4.8 rating on Google, it's 4.74 on BBB and dropping. Watch the charges if you use him; also, the practice of signing a contract via text message is a bit on the sleaze side, and don't forget you will have to pay his $250 non-refundable fee once you sign or he won't send anyone. So, no free estimate. Edit: Hey Christian, the only thing you “value” is your ability to scam as much out money out of people as you can, but thank you for the standard automated response about the management team. That team is YOU. Don’t forget I can stop the credit card payment. Have the life you deserve. Don’t forget folks, this is all due to me wanting to be home and reschedule. Look what he turned this into. If you have rodents, there are packs you can buy for much cheaper that farmers have used for years. You’ll still have rodents using Tailer Made or the packs, so you can decide. Edit 2: interesting how your original response got deleted and now you suddenly have a formal business-like response Christian. Admit you know nothing about customer service or how to be a decent person so we can all move on and people can hire you knowing what they’re actually dealing with. Emergency responders don’t get the opportunity to give you or anyone 24 hours notice when on a standby. Get over yourself and your pathetic contract. P.s.- I disputed the charge you thought you’d be so slick to get from me.

This company felt like a complete scam. They hackle you to pay to inspect before they even show up. I paid & they gave an outrageous cost to fix the issue regarding raccoon in attic. The invoice left no explanation or pictures or anything for what $8000 (the amount I was quoted) would pay for. I called multiple times never heard back it was $250 down the drain. I went elsewhere to get the raccoon issue fixed. I would never recommend this company.

I had a terrible experience today 8/23/2025 with the owner Christian he sprayed my house after I cancelled my appointment. Charged my debit card without my permission only communicated with me through text messages which was very unprofessional. I supported this company for many years to be treated with poor customer service.He squeezed between my car to spray the outside of my house without my permission. This company will never get my business ever!!!!!

You make several false and inaccurate statements but I expected that after reading other reviews and your responses. Poorly managed company. They were scheduled to treat my house one spring day. They showed up in the middle of a 3-4 day monsoon rain storm. Knocked on my door to tell me they wouldn’t be able to treat the house because of all the rain. I said ok, the garage door is up if you want to go ahead and treat the garage. This represented about 25% of what they normally do. Said they will come back another day. Immediately started getting their annoying phone calls, texts and emails wanting me to pay the full bill. A week later they were supposed to come back and they no-showed. Another week later they still haven’t been back so I told them we’re done, send me a bill for treating the garage and I’ll pay it. He refused, continued to insist I pay the full bill even though the work was not done. He claims he is due that because they made a trip out and intended to come back. Well, I didn’t ask you to come out in the middle of that mess, that was your boneheaded decision. And, I do not pay for work that is “intended” to be done. I offered to pay 38% of the bill for the 25% of work completed but he refused. He has now sent it to collections where he will get $0.00. I’m telling you, don’t walk away from this business. RUN! Quickly! There are many better options out there.

Edit: The response below from the owner is BOGUS. I submitted my initial review after talking with him directly and after he refused a refund. Buyer BEWARE! You pay 200 upfront and they WILL NOT REFUND this under any circumstances - even when THEY miss an appointment. Had an appointment window from 8 to 12 and at 11:33 I called Tailor Pest to get an update. I was told they were running late and it would be beyond 12 when they could arrive. I had meetings to attend in the afternoon and asked to cancel the appointment. I assumed they would credit my deposit due to missing the appointment window. After a week of no credit, I called and texted them requesting a refund but they refused. They claim they were "planning to be there before 12". However, this was not what was communicated to me on the phone and it was already 11:33 when I called for an update. Just simply looking to be refunded the 200 for services that were never provided. Had to open a case with BBB and contest the charge on my credit card.

Very dishonest about the payment intended. Paid over $300 to have multiple insects treated, none of that was done. They removed 2 wasp nests, and didn't take care of the perimeter of the rest of my home. No ants nor spiders that I have issues with were addressed like I payed for. They keep wanting to charge additional fees to do less than other companies would have done. NEVER using this service AGAIN.

If you're considering signing up new service with them. You need to be careful. When I schedule a technician visit through their chat bot, I was under the impression it would be complimentary—someone come over, take a look so they can give me an accurate estimate. There was NO mention of any charge via my chat with the bot, or the text message confirmation. At the end of the technician visit, I was told I needed to pay $250. for a 15 minute consultation. I'm fine with paying people for the service they provide, but I'm happy about the fact that the cost is not upfront. And $250 seems a bit overpriced imo. But if you live in a big mansion, and make half a million dollar a year. Sure.
