After numerous consistent decades of service with this company, they have decided to not honor or even remotely consider reinstating termite preventative warranty treatment they offer. All because the family member/previous home owner had life threatening medical complications, and missed ONE SINGLE ANNUAL termite and other preventative treatment out of 20-30yrs. After that long of consistent service this company has tossed the account into the trash even though we, the family members who now own the house, have taken it over and communicated that to them. We were told the warranty and service could transfer to us and we could pick right back up. We were sent a letter about getting them back out to pick up continue the service where it left off. When we reached out, they back pedaled that information and told us we would have to start over from scratch as if they've never seen the house before and as if they hadn't been servicing the house for decades. What a joke. So if you fall ill or someone dies and life happens to take care of anything like that, and you/your loved one misses one single treatment, whoever answers the phone and handles customer service/scheduling services, will act like they never did business with you to begin with. Imagine trashing a loyal multiple decades long standing account where they've collected who knows how many thousands of dollars over that time over one missed treatment because of a medical issue out of anyone's control.

Great service, the company has been around for years and always does an excellent job. They also once helped us find someone who was able to humanely trap a raccoon that made his way into our basement.

When calling to enquire about treatment the woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this service.

I called two weeks ago and received a price from a gentleman who answered their phone. This week I called to make an appointment and a lady that answered gave me a price for same solution for double the price that dude gave me. She went on and on about why their price went double that made no sense what so ever. The reason why I'm giving this place five stars is bc the owner Charlie, a woman, lady owned, cremated my friend's spouse when this beautiful angel got called to heaven way prematurely. My friend didn't have enough to pay for the services. St. Matthews owner Charlie helped relieve my friend, her former employee whom was let go previously. This lady has a huge heart. That shows that she is very kind hearted and cares immensely for others. That's who I want in my home, I don't care what the price!!
