I was so happy to find Presto-X as I was searching through many exterminator services. Cup of Joy opened in 2016 and we have stayed with our service all these years because of the reasonable price and we have developed a great relationship with our service man who has always provided knowledgeable and dependable service. Through the years, as concerns have arisen, we could depend on Anthony to address those issues. When the company changed to Terminix, I was concerned that we would loose our faithful service man. We missed him during his time away and we are very happy to have him back. Sometimes it is difficult to find service you can depend on. I have always tried to put in a good word for Anthony when I have called to schedule appointments. Thank you Anthony for doing a great job! So glad you’re back!!

They are hard to set an appointment with. They cancel the day of with no notice so you waist the most time. There treatments a minimal effective. When I called in agitated because i was calling in a 3rd time for the same appointment and asked to speak with a supervisor they offered a cancel instead of fixing there mistake. Plus would not get a supervisor. Not mad I was able to cancel with no fee but it would have made more since on there part to try using customer service skills and fix the issue. HUGE WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY STAY AWAY!!

Use literally any other pest control business, NOT THIS ONE. A few months ago, my wife and I had a bed bug issue in our home, and called this company to get rid of them. The technician came and quoted us a price of $100/per visit, and said that on average homes take 3 treatments to completely take care of the problem. He treated it that day, and we left it alone. He said he would come back in a week to check it out. Ended up coming back a 1.5 weeks later, unannounced. When he checked the room, he found that all signs showed that all the bed bugs were taken care of, so I elected not to do the other treatments to save us some money. A couple weeks later, my wife and I received a bill for $300! I sent an email to the company, assuming there was some sort of mistake, letting them know that we only had one treatment done. After not hearing anything back for over a week, I called. I spoke to a really kind customer service rep who said that, yes, there was a mix up, and I shouldn't have to pay $300 for one treatment. She told me she would contact the local manager, and he would get back to me. About another month passes, and I finally get a call from the local manager, who spoke to me like I was crazy to think that I could get a bed bug treatment for $100. I let him know that's what the technician quoted me, so that's what I'm going to pay. He said he would investigate with the technician, and call me back soon. It has been about another 3 weeks, and I have yet to hear anything back. What I did get from the company was another bill. For $300. This whole situation is a headache, and I want it done. I would advise strongly against this business. I'm sure there are plenty more in the area who can deliver quality service without all the hassle.
