Adam is an absolute life-saver. My wife and I were in the middle of a move a few Saturdays ago when the movers we hired stopped and told us they found evidence of bed bugs on 2 of our mattresses, and said they had to unload what had been packed on the truck and couldn't return until the house was treated by a professional exterminator. The contract for the sale of our house dictated that we needed to be moved out by the end of the next day (Sunday) so we were in shambles trying to find someone to come treat our house on a weekend so that we could cram 2 days of moving into 1 or even half in order to be out on time. Thankfully, my wife called Instant Bed Bug Assassins after a quick Google search and spoke to Misty, who could not have been more empathetic and helpful. She calmly answered all our frantic questions and connected us with Adam who was on call that day. He gave us a rough quote for treatment over the phone and said they could come out on Sunday, but wanted to do a FaceTime evaluation to confirm the quote. Over Facetime, I showed him the bug that the movers had found in a seam of one of our mattresses, and my wife sent a good close-up photo. Adam identified it right away as a carpet beetle - 100% NOT a bed bug. The movers had also seen thin lines of small black dots along the adhesive strips on the bottom of our mattress that they suspected were eggs or bed bug feces, but Adam confirmed that it was in fact flecks of paint that the adhesive had pulled up from our black metal bed frame. He could have easily taken advantage of our panic and the time restrictions we were under, but instead his honesty and professionalism saved us not only from paying for an unneeded treatment, but also from several hundreds of dollars to buy a few additional days to move out per our home sale contract. He even contacted our moving company himself to give his professional evaluation. We were able to get movers back to our house on Sunday, and all worked out. I hope we never do actually have bed bugs, but if we do, I'll be calling Adam and Misty back, and will recommend them to anyone I possibly can.

Unfortunately weekend out of town went bad. Discovered bites the first morning, and more after second day at cabin. Freaked out when doctor advised they were bed bug bites. Called Bed Bug Assassins immediately. They came out next day and found a few in one bedroom. Three days later, house was treated and no sign of the little demons since. They were quick, professional, no truck with big bugs all over, so very discrete. Kevin and Michael were great to work with and showed us how and where to look in hotels, cabins, etc. for the little monsters before we trust the bed. Thank you guys!

Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish. Once you discover you have any bugs in your home, dont hesitate to call. You shouldnt be embarrassed about it. The whole process was discreet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doug was wonderful! He was efficient and completely got rid of our problem. He was able to pinpoint our neighbors as the source and sprayed our vents really well, and we haven't seen anything since. We're definitely going to keep the warranty and call IBBA if we have problems in the future.

I cannot say enough about how great IBBA has been to work with! Lydia at the office is so professional and pleasant. She worked with us to schedule our appointments as soon as possible (Next day even!). Our techs have been great to work with- especially Michael who did our post-heat treatment spray and steam after finding one live straggler (eek!).He was very very thorough and even helped move and flip furniture to ensure we got every last corner! Michael was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable- exactly what you want when you are kind of losing your sanity to these bugs! Choosing IBBA is worth every bit of the money spent- choose them first to get the job done right away.

I can't say enough good about these guys. They get the job done! Skip all the dudes who want to spray. We wasted a year of our lives and a ton of cash going down that road. Let Bed Bug Assassins roast these evil creatures! We have not seen ANY bed bugs since their heat treatment. These guys are FOR REAL!
