These folks know their bugs and critters and know how to get rid of them! On top of that, our “bug guy”, Nate Miller, is just an incredibly good human. He also never tried to up-sell us on anything we didn’t need. These are the kind of folks (and company) that you just want to see do well. Shawn is the pest control specialist for the bank I work for. He has always been kind and friendly and willing to answer any questions or address any issues we may have. He even went above and beyond customer service a couple days ago. When I was leaving the bank for the day I discovered that I had a flat tire with a nail in it. He offered to go get his tools and fix it for me but I declined due to my son coming to pick me up. He gave me his # and told me to call him in the morning when I got to work and he would come pump up the tire so it could be driven to get fixed. I did call him the next morning and he was already on his way to see if I needed help. He pumped it up and my husband, who was recovering from knee surgery, was able to drive it to a mechanic. THANK YOU Shawn, your the best!
