When addressed we had signs not to knock and asked who he was with (his shirt says you’re company) he refused to answer and said he “doesn’t have time for this” and left after refusing to identify himself or company. Natura pest control came by today with two men strong and took care of our home and garage inside and out. They were courteous and clean and quickly got the job done. I’ve been a vertex customer since 2018 and they have been excellent with pest issues, customer service, communication and pricing. I’ve been approached multiple times to switch but they have never given me a reason to even consider it. I’ve referred a few other happy customers as well.
