It took over two weeks to get a return call from Wayne to schedule our spraying. We are on an every three month spraying plan. Wayne and my husband scheduled a day and time. Integrity was a no-show. No call to let me know. My husband contacted Integrity again and again it took about a week to get a return call. Again, Integrity was a no-show. No call to let me know. I took off early from work to be home and nothing. I called on Tuesday 10/30/18 to find out what happened. The message states they will return my call by the end of they day and they have not. I called again this morning and had to leave another message. I don't believe I will get a call back. If Integrity doesn't want our business, they should have and could have just let us know. I would have found another pest control company. As it is now, I'm just frustrated and angry that a local company that has the boasts "Integrity" in their business name, shows anything but integrity. I will not recommend Integrity to my friends or family.

I scheduled an appointment, got off work early so I could be home when they arrived and Intergety pest was a no show. I called that evening expecting them to return my call the next business day as per their answering machine. I called the following day, still no answer. It has been three business days and they did not return my calls. Might be great service if you can get a hold of them. But not worth my time, I would like a business to show up or at least return my calls.

Wayne was great at first, and then he missed several appointments and won't return any texts or phone calls. All he wants is your money, you supposedly will get 1 free treatment between your paid quarterly treatments, this is where he will disappear. I do not recommend this company if you want reliability.

I bought a Living Social coupon for an initial inside/outside spray. When I called to make the appointment Wayne answered the phone right away, answered all my questions, and set an appointment for 3 days later. To my disappointment nobody showed or called. I left a message asking to reschedule. Nothing. The next day I left another message asking to reschedule. Nothing. So, I got my money back on Living Social but I would not try to use them again given this kind of a start. If it is too hard to make a quick call then how will they ever find time for appointments? It has been a week since the appointment was to take place and I still have heard nothing from them.

Horrible experience Wayne came to treat our home and it did nothing for the bugs and yellow jackets we had. We tried calling and texting him for almost 2 months and got no answer from him . We ended up having to go with a different company who came out and did the job correctly. ..

Four weeks after using Integrity, I called to have them respray. No answer, no one called back to repeated messages left. Bugs were horrid! So much for the promise to return if we had signs of problems. THAT 3 month guarantee was a joke. I learned my lesson, just because they have integrity in their name, does NOT mean they understand the definition.
