My technician (Shawn) is great! Highly recommend him!

We called Terminix after finding termites in our home and scheduled an appointment for the following day. We were given a time slot of 1-5pm so we rescheduled our day around this to make sure we would be home for it. They never came. We called twice to check on the status of our technician, the second call being at 5pm (the end of our timeslot) and were told that no one could get ahold of both the technician or the technicians manager so there was “nothing they could do.” They asked if we wanted to reschedule or try waiting longer for them to show up. We had already pushed all of our plans for the day back and couldn’t wait much longer so we asked to reschedule. They told us they would be able to get someone else out to us 4 days later at the earliest. Obviously with how many termites we have that’s not an option so we thought surely it cannot take more than an extra hour at the absolute most for them to show up, so we said fine we will wait. But yet again they never showed up. It is now a full day after our appointment and we never received any phone call, text, or email addressing the fact that no one ever showed up. We get things get busy but if that’s the case then don’t offer us an appointment time slot if it knowingly can’t be fulfilled and if that happens the least you can do is follow up with some sort of communication. We will be taking our business to somewhere more reliable as I suggest you do to.

Our Terminix pest control technician is Lance Leary, and he is the main reason I stay with Terminix, because there are other companies just as good out there. Lance is always right there when we need help. We had yellow jackets or wasps building a hive and didn't notice until right before we were getting our house painted and he squeezed us in to take care of the problem. I texted him after hours which I really don't like to do, but I wasn't sure if I'd have to reschedule the painter. We had mice after a company rerouted our oven fan exhaust and he even replied to me on a weekend to schedule a time to come out and gave me suggestions on how to handle it in the meantime. He is always helpful, respectful and a pleasure to work with as well as taking care of us quickly and efficiently. We are part of a yearly program with Terminix which means when problems crop up we get help as part of the yearly fee we pay.

The rep who came to my house was nice. Everything after that was bad, would never recommend terminix to anyone else. After every visit I would still need to go out and spray because we would continue to see bugs/spiders. Upon the last visit, the technician drove down to the end of my culdesac, and left. DID NOT service my home. I watched all this through my cameras. After the tech left I got a text message saying my house was serviced, and the monthly payment was pulled out. I called to cancel after that. And when I canceled they sent me to collections. Would never re consider terminix again.

Shawn always does a great job and focuses well on any issues I am having. He’s great!

Emailed over to get a quote yesterday to remove two small wasps. Get an answer back today requesting the information. I give them all the required information and it says they’ll get back to me. Emails me back 8 hours later asking for the same information again. I don’t know if it’s automated or not but if it is an upgrade is desperately needed.

Lance is second to none in the level of service he provides. We have had 2 other, less expensive services come to our door already this season. Lance is the reason we stay with Terminix.

Shawn is extremely proficient, friendly and helpful! We have animals in our office and he takes the time to make sure they are safe before spraying and he is super friendly with them. We really enjoy his visits and I personally am happy to see him show up cuz it means he is going to be wreaking havoc on some nasty little 8 legged freaks!!
