Ronald was a very pleasant man who explained what he was doing and what to expect over the upcoming few days. He noticed areas we hadn’t thought of and took care of the areas. Also should mention Shannon in the office who was delightful and accommodating.

The gentleman that did the service was very professional and kind. He did a great job and was very prompt, thoughtful, and kind. He was very reassuring and informative about a situation in which I was unfamiliar with.

We have a gopher problem we have been battling for months…and have been losing. I decided to call Armis to help us get rid of it (them). Ronald came today and laid some traps and before he was even done, he caught it! I’m really hoping it was just one, but Ronald laid several more traps to be sure. We had a great experience from start to finish! The initial phone call was incredibly thorough—they explained all of their services, answered all of my questions, and got us on the schedule quickly. The customer service was friendly and professional. Our technician was just as impressive. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and was extremely thorough. He removed numerous bee nests and estimated he eliminated around 300 wasps around our property. He also treated the entire inside of our home as well as the exterior. Before leaving, he walked us through what to expect going forward, explained future services, and let us know we can call anytime if we notice any issues and they’ll come back out. The pricing was very fair for the level of service we received. We’re extremely happy with the experience and look forward to having them continue protecting our home from wasps and other pests!

Early this week I experienced pavement ants coming in the house. I’ve never had this in the 9 years living here. I knew to call Armis right away. They came out a couple days later and treated the colonies that are forming as we as the outside and inside perimeters of the house. Ronald explained what would happen and what the process within the colonies would be. Great experience. Great communication. Thank you.
