Vertex Pest Control

I’ve been a vertex customer since 2018 and they have been excellent with pest issues, customer service, communication and pricing. I’ve been approached multiple times to switch but they have never given me a reason to even consider it. I’ve referred a few other happy customers as well. I began seeing mice in my home about 6 months ago. It was like an infestation , I saw 6 in my kitchen and they were in my bedroom. I have a regular service contract with them so called them to come out, which they sent someone who put traps down. I would have given them a 5 star review ( they were quick,easy to work with and great communication) but I think it would be resonable for them to gurantee their work for 30 days without having top pay again.
