I have had to call them a couple of times for spiders because they said sprayed and I still have them and then I made an appointment they said that somebody would come out the next morning I had to call them back in the afternoon because nobody came when I called they said that they didn’t show I had an appointment so now I have to wait another day for them to come out I pay forty dollars a month for them

We requested An extra service this month, as I had requested some help with some mods inside our house. I also ask the tech to treat wasps and yellow jackets outside. He was very knowledgeable about both issues and treated them both. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and we appreciated how thorough he was.

This company are CON Artist DO NOT trust these people!! The guy who came to my house, younger bald white guy, said there were NO contracts or obligations and that I could cancel whenever I wanted or needed to. However, that was absolutely NOT true. He conned me into signing me up for a 2 YEAR CONTRACT taking advantage of the fact I was in a hurry to be at an appointment. I ended up moving about a month later and called to stop the service and customer service informed me that I wasn't even ALLOWED TO CANCEL SERVICE and I had a very hard time getting them to stop the service, which was only done 1 time in 3 months even after I moved. When they did finally stopped the service they charged me $299 dollars to break a CONTRACT I didn't even know I had. I don't even know anyone in their right mind who would even sign a contract like that especially when there are so many other pest companies locally who are honest and hardworking without all the lying and contracts... I wish I had done more research.

Never signed up with their company in first place had to get angry when the guy would Not get off property I don't want service called Eagle Sheriff's they said to tell them to stay Off property 1 more time even have a sign up I called and texted them STOP COMING HERE . Had a year with this company. They are kind and professional. They helped with some difficult pests including mice,ants and wasps. I had the lower costing service but they still did a good job.

I had a very frustrating experience with Aptive Pest Control. Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service is nearly impossible. When you do need help or have a question about your account, it feels like there’s no one available to assist you. They charge you monthly, yet they only come out quarterly for service, which doesn’t seem fair for what you’re paying. On top of that, I canceled my membership and they are still charging me, which is extremely frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend Aptive Pest Control as a pest control company based on my experience. Poor communication, confusing billing practices, and ongoing charges after cancellation have made this a very negative experience.

I've tried to contact several times. Spoke to technicians and explained my complaints. Ask them to have there supervisor contact me. Ask to cancel service. Different technicians all the time job is always rushed and half done.

This business is a scam. We started service back in August. First of all the guy was very unprofessional, he didn’t read the contract kept signing for us and not telling us there was cancellation fee if we ever wanted to cancel. A month later a guy showed up to do the service I told him I would like to cancel after this appointment since I wasn’t happy with the service he said he would let his manager. They kept showing up and charging me. I called them directly and they said I needed to pay a $199 fee for cancellation I asked why were they charging $200 for cancellation (ridiculous) what were the fees for that amount that they were asking, all they said was it’s to cancel your service. I had friends and family who had the same service and were not happy with them, had a similar experience . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I started using this company when it was Evergreen Pest Solutions and had no problems with them. I called back in August of 2024 to get my services switched to twice a year instead of four times a year, and when Aptive took over the business, they disregarded that request. They have been charging me since then for four services per year instead of the two, even though there is history of my call asking for the change. I would strongly recommend finding another company that is more trust worthy and reliable.

One of the worst services I have ever received. To begin when I got the service the kid had me mark all the pests I wanted to rid of, well if you only mark 1 or 2, THEY DON'T CARE they will just spray everything regardless. I have pets and I informed the kid if no one is home, don't go in my backyard as I have dogs. Did they listen? no! 3 dogs got sick and my dogs were all puking. Extremely sick! I let them know to not show back up at my property again! Well, the kid started off with "Its month to month". No, it's not. Don't get scammed into this business like I did. When you call, everyone on the phone isn't even from here. That should be your first sign to run away. It's just another scam, business most likely just like what's happening in Minnesota right now. The kids spraying are very unprofessional as is, one kid parked in my driveway as I had just went to the store. Once I got back I said "Hey don't park in my driveway please" use the street. He got an attitude with me hopped in his van and just sat in the vehicle in my driveway. I told him he needs to move his vehicle because that was very disrespectful, and he tells me, "I have to finish my paperwork". This company doesn't care how its employees act with their customers. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

After two applications discovered the fee quoted per application was actually per month not application. Been trying to cancel. They won't cancel without an additional $199 fee. Cancel an appointment and the send another appointment notification for three days later. I cancelled the appointment and didn't want an appointment to spray the lawn in the middle of December. They don't listen and the number is to someplace in Utah. Not even local!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst pest control company ever! I’ve never had more bugs in and around my home with adaptive. Going back to them my last pest control company. Aptive will cancel your appointments without reason and not reschedule them. Their salesmen are liars, specifically August. He will tell you anything to sign up, including lying about what is included in your package. And when you find out he lied about what was included and you try to cancel they charge you an early cancellation fee because it’s a two year contract they make you sign even though you were made false promises. Their customers service managers are extremely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would NEVER recommend them! The first time they came out it was ok…just ok.. then we tried calling for 3 weeks about a spider problem nothing no response to the numbers they gave us. Randomly we got scheduled again after I found an 800 #. They came out and I have cameras outside and inside my home and the guy literally didn’t even spray he just walked around the house and left before two minutes! He only sprayed the drive way area which is because my husband was out there. The manager emailed me and I told him to call me to discuss the issue and not a word!! Horrible company they will lie and not spray and still charge you!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I felt like I needed to warn as many people about this business as possible. We used Treasure Valley Pest control for years (amazing), paid $85 every three months and never had any issues. The Aptive guy convinced my husband to switch. I’ve never seen so many bugs and wasps, and Aptive comes MONTHLY! Old company brushes off hives, cobwebs and we never saw bugs. It’s almost like Aptive uses things that attract them, it’s bizarre. We obviously canceled. Though we specifically asked the guy about canceling, he said it wouldn’t cost us anything-our bad. It costs $199 to cancel. When we did, they lowered the price all the way down to $39 and it wasn’t even worth that. I wouldn’t have accepted the service for free because it’s that worthless. They have terrible reviews everywhere (should have looked before accepting) so they must pay for good reviews on Google. Learn from our mistake and don’t even try them. Call Treasure Valley Pest Control. You will save money and get superior results. Now we have to go back with our tail between our legs.

I have not had any treatment today! I give you a zero! I'm an elderly lady that was conned. Despicable. I have had spiders, ants and wasps despite having a callback treatment in April. It is now 4:45PM WEDNESDAY AUGUST 13, 2025 IN NAMPA IDAHO and no one has showed up. I have been in my front room all day waiting to talk to a tech and I have included a picture of the web and one of the 🕷 spiders that live over my patio door. Call me disappointed and disgusted at my gullibility to hire you on a contract!
