Peter is always very helpful and professional. He answers any and all questions that I or my people have. He also is very knowledgeable about his products and explains to us anything we need to know BEFORE we ask. It is nice (and very refreshing) to see a service provider that is proactive by saying "let it dry", instead of waiting for a problem and then reacting with "you should have let it dry".

They get all spider webs, and wasps. All the guys really care about the job they do. Highly recommend

I never thought I would have to have a "bug guy". In Idaho, it's a necessary relationship and I couldn't be happier with the one I've developed with this company. Jonathan has been so wonderful every time I have called him with the latest panic inducing event. Gophers, mice, a huge surprise pile of unidentified bugs in the middle of my garage, and everything in between. I give their information to anyone in my life that has a critter related issues and the ones that reached out are just as impressed as I continue to be. I appreciate them more than they will ever understand.

I wanted to give PestEX a five star rating, actually it’s my second five star rating. I have given them, but after they took a gopher out of my grass in my backyard on the second day of trying, I had to give them another big thank you. They are nice, they have great equipment, and they know what they’re doing.

Highly recommend this company. They were very friendly and thorough explaining everything. So far we haven't had any bug problems and expect it to stay that way. If you are looking for a fairly priced company that treats their customers right, this is the one for you.

Always ontime and communicative. We live on 10 acres in an old home. For years we used another pest control company and still had bugs, spiders, rodents, etc so I figured it was just part of living on a small farm in a 100 year old home. PestEx changed that completely though -- we've used them for over a year and haven't seen a single mouse, the bugs and spiders are practically non-existent. Given their professionalism and their results, this is an easy 5 star review to give.
