We’ve been charged twice without them actually showing up, DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS, they refuse to take the charges off yet we have proof through our security system and cameras no one was here. It’s nothing but a scam and I can see other reviews have had the same issue. First off- The fact that the Business is called Bugnappers…. Is pretty Bad###! The name is what caught my attention to check out the company. Impressed by their reviews we gave them a call. My husband set up the appointment and within a couple days they had us on their schedule. He had them spray our home and he even sprayed my local business THE SAME DAY!
