We purchased a brand new home this year. We wanted to get set up with pest control for our property and decided to give this company a try. After the first application was applied our window seals turned brown as if it had rusted overnight. You can clearly see the spray marks from the pest application. I called the general manager, Denver, who happened to facilitate the service setup. I was shocked by his response and how he down played this and defended their poor service. He said their product

I started using Organic Solutions for lawn mowing and lawn care this year after 4 years of taking care of my lawn myself. They do my lawn fertilization, always ready to advise on trouble spots and ready to fix them at a reasonable cost. They also did sprinkler system modifications efficiently and effectively. Both techs and management are friendly, accommodating and pleasant to work with. I feel confident they will do a good job and I am more than happy with the service.

We had concerns about bed bugs after a recent trip. During the consultation they inspected the mattress seams and nearby furniture very carefully. Thankfully the infestation was small and they treated the room right away. The follow-up check gave us peace of mind.
Ants were coming in through a small crack near the patio door. The technician located the trail and treated both inside and outside the house. He explained how the bait works and why it takes a little time. A few days later the trails were completely gone.
