Arrived to work at 4:30 am PST to our entry door covered in ants. Sent my local rep Cody, an "URGENT*email requesting his services. He arrived at 7 am PST and took care of the ant challenge. Great customer service! Very professional and responsive. Couldn't be more pleased with the services we receive from Sprague
Fairbairn Accounting
This corporate office is the worst ever. Unable to set-up and keep straight different entities and billings. Bill wrong entities. Inability to reconcile accounts. Hostile, harassing administrative/billing staff in corporate offices. With no contract, suddenly sent bill for service on a SUNDAY???. These people are incredulous. Can't call them from a landline, but get through with another line they weren't expecting.
