Rd with PCI has been servicing our home for several years and we are more than happy with Rd and PCI. He comes quarterly to spray exterior of home including all patio, upper decks, windows for all pests. Since we started the service we have had great success with eliminating some the critters that used to be a nuisance. We had a small issue with mice in outer buildings and they have taken care of that issue as well. We highly recommend Rd and this company.
Mark and entire PCI Pest Control team are the best. Mark is always willing to answer my questions. Thank you!

I had scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. While I understand things can change, the company made no effort to give me an update on their schedule. I work nights and woke up an hour early to meet the tech for my first appointment. I canceled the appointment and don't plan on rescheduling with them. I find it unacceptable when companies aren't prompt. Even worse than that is a lack of communication when plans change or unforeseen circumstances arrive.

We are reviewing our scheduling and notification procedures to prevent this from happening again. If you would like us to make this right, please contact our office and ask to speak with the manager so we can address any refund or rescheduling.
Albert from PCI is always so respectful of my house - he protects my house from pests as if it were his own home. He’s also always careful to protect my pets and the pollinators. If you have an issue with pests in your home call PCI, and request Albert.

In our service area we had RD today, and man was he good. Did a great job explaining the treatment today and addressing any and all concerns. Haven't had any pest issues since we started with PCI. On time, friendly, professional, and patient technician who are very well educated. Thanks for the great work. Will continue to stay with PCI and give the man a raise. Won't let me leave another review last one was for Albert also amazing and deserves a raise too.

Seth came in and was knowledgeable and quick working. Would highly recommend this company. We had birds in our attic. She quickly. Take care of entry holes, so future birds cannot get in. And made sure there were no birds in that attic.

Cisco with PCI came out today to start service. I had only called 2 days prior. Happy to have him be my regular quarterly service tech!

PCI Pest are reliable and reasonably priced. I have a quarterly contract and dont have any issues with bugs year round. Their technicians are always courteous and do a great job. Al came to my home this week and delivered great service yet again.

Gene is the best to work with! Very responsive and reassuring. Super knowledgeable and well versed in spider production, rodents, and prevention of reoccurrence. I would love to give these guy's a 5 star rating. However when they said they could fix some bird blocks on my house. I didn't realize they were just going to half it by just srewing some screen over 7 bird blocks. Now It looks tacky. If I wanted that I could of done that myself and saved money.
