Joe Escobar out of the Tacoma office is the best! I've been managing a self-storage property with over 500 units that had some rodent issues prior to 2019 when our company purchased the property. We tried 3 different part control service providers in the first year and a half or so. None of them had shown any improvement. Sprague got results quickly and Joe is a great technician and brand ambassador. Thank you for making my customers happy and keeping my property rodent free.

The technician that has been assigned to us Ryan, not only always provides the best service. He is great with communicating, what's going on on my property. As well as always, polite and has a smile on his face.
