I agreed to a service for a rental property here in Tacoma. I soon got daily texts letting me know my service had not been yet scheduled - pretty annoying. This tech, Steven I believe? He made it sound like my house was infested with rodents and my tenants moved out. Now that I am home there is not a sign of them. Nothing in the traps, nothing taken from food left on traps in the house, basically no recent signs of a rat all. Do not trust this service, it is a scam!
