If I could give Spud Pest 10 stars I would! These brothers are the best. Love that this is a local company and values customer service.I was with a big company and their customer service was mediocre. I felt like just another number. Plus they were more expensive. It's nice when the owner contacts you personally to let them know when they're coming out and ask if there's anything special you would like them to address. With the other company, I had to make a phone call and be on hold. I've had absolutely no issues with pests since I hired them several months ago.

Spud Pest came to our home and evaluated the bees hive for activity and position. He was very brave and after the evaluation he reached in and removed the hive!

Blake from Spud Pest Control was great, easy to talk to, not pushy, and actually listened to what I needed. He explained everything in a way that made sense and you can tell he cares about doing a good job. It felt genuine. We ended up locking in a year of service after the visit.

Highly recommend Spud Pest. Blake has been routinely servicing our home since 2024. We have quite expensive garden spaces around our home and yard. Since using Spud Pest we haven’t had any issues of spiders and earwigs making their way in. Always great knowing that Blake will drop by between scheduled treatments if we have any issues that need attention. I did shop around for quotes prior to hiring Spud Pest for our services. I instantly knew that I needed to find a locally owned small business to fit our needs. Larger companies charged much more and required minimum commitments. So happy to have found a local company to support. A company that actually knows your name and remembers who you are. Keep up the good work!

We had a horrible spider problem. I feel like everywhere I looked, there they were. Everywhere. Not the little ones either. The big hairy scary house spiders. The ones you can make eye contact with. The last straw is when I looked down and a spider the size of my foot was chilling right next to my foot. I couldn't take it. I had lost my voice from screaming so much. It was time to take action. I called Spud Pest Control and upon their initial visit they sprayed both inside and along the perimeter. Now they just come spray along the perimeter about once a month and I have the peace of mind to know that the only animals in my house have four legs and when I look down I'll only see my foot.

We had a pest control problem with mice during the winter. I tried to combat it myself but it was getting out of control. I had received a positive review for Spud Pest Control from a friend. I am so glad I called them. They came out immediately and cleared up the problem really quick. They are very professional and always update me with updates when they will arrive. Their fee is very reasonable I have found checking other companies. I would definitely recommend this company to others. You will not be disappointed.

We’ve used Spud Pest Control for almost 2 years now. We like that they are always so helpful and positive, and really seek to find ways to resolve every “bug problem” we throw their way. They come back any time we ask them to when there’s a re-treat needed between maintenance visits. They are easy to get ahold of and always respond back in a timely manner. I received services 3-3-26 for ant control. The whole process seamless. Brock responded promptly to my online request. Appointment made & Blake came to our home, gave very reasonable quote & services provided same day. All businesses could follow their protocol for customer service. ANTS gone. Professional, friendly & efficient. Would definitely recommend. I will be using for any future pest needs.

I never post reviews for businesses however Spud Pest Control is an exception. I had a problem, had done everything I could come up with and was ready to pack a bag and move out (like that could happen!). Within a few hours of my call (and I know that can't happen all the time), Blake was here, and working magic. I am so appreciative of him and his brother and the work they do. Would I recommend them? A thousand times yes!

Spud pests are the best! Blake communicated very well. They are not over priced either. Also, they came out for spider spray and I forgot to mention the wasps I needed taken care of. Blake came out the next day and sprayed the wasps free of charge. That was a blessing.

If you live in, Spokane, don’t call any other company. They were the only company to answer my phone call on a Saturday when all of the other big Box companies said that they were open but only had an automated messaging service. They made it so easy. They allowed me to text them too, and they responded very quickly. They came out to my house and did a very thorough inspection and when they couldn’t find anything they still didn’t charge me. They are very personable and I highly recommend them.

I'm embarrassed to say, we had mice. We often saw them scurrying around. Our house is clean but we have a bird. They'd steal his food. Blake was awesome. He was professional, pleasant, and knew what to do. He came back a few times then told me they were no longer eating the bait and removed the bait stations. That honesty is awesome! He could have extended the service and we'd have known none the better. What a good guy! I highly recommend this company.

They came out and were very helpful!! They cleaned out alot of the spider & nat webs and wasps nests all around the house. I just referred them to a friend.

Excellent pest control experience! We were given a time frame when Blake would arrive and he was communicative about his eta, and arrived when he said he would. He was quick and efficient with getting the spray job done, and had good realistic feedback on how to prevent pests from coming in the house in the future. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Would definitely use their services again!
