We moved into a building that had a pre-existing roach issue. Our landlord tried a different pest company that seemed to make the problem worse. Keith came in and within 24 hours we noticed a difference. He gave us great advice on preventative measures to take and comes back frequently to make sure everything is still good. Would recommend Sprague and Keith all day every day!
