**Edit:** We hired Eden Advanced Pest Technologies to address birds getting into our attic through ventilation openings. After calling multiple companies in the Tri-Cities area that do not handle bird removal, we found Eden based out of Spokane. Called the night before to cancel 2nd appointment due to medical reasons got charged $400 but they no called no showed on the rescheduled appointment the following week. Dade, our tech, was great. Dade always did what we asked him to do. The office though, caused us a billing issue that overdrew our account because of their billing software for several hundred dollars. They were only to manually bill our account from that point on, but failed to do so. When the office manager left the company, this wasn't documented. So we started getting those bogus bills again.
