Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Jherico came out the day after we talked on the phone about rats living in our crawl space. When he came out he did a thorough inspection and came up with a plan for us. He answered all our questions and put us at ease. The process was very easy and painless. We have worked with Pointe Pest Control for a few years and they have been wonderful and easy to work with. They have kept our home bug free! I highly recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest problem.

This is my usual serviceman and he listened to my concerns and did a great job of treating my home. I was having a spider problem again and he paid attention to what I was telling him and hopefully the problem is gone again. Great job! Here it is just going into winter mode. Had some spider problems again and needed the treatment around home and garage. Brian is so informative and listens to my concerns. I request he does my service because he knows the property and I don’t have to explain over again and again our problem areas. But today there was another tech that also came in another truck. He was nice and I hope covered what I needed done but I’m somewhat uneasy this is the case. I had to go out a couple of times and ask that he be sure to get certain problem areas as he was just doing the obvious not covering all our needs. I also asked about the spider boxes they put in the garage because we get big spiders at points in there. Instead of changing the box that had several big spiders in it he just turned it over and said that side should be sticky enough to collect more. I have to say I was very surprised and not very happy, I pay alot for this service and don’t expect leaving something with spiders already dead in it worth my $$. It’s just a paper box with sticky stuff to trap the spiders, not a costly thing to skimp on the service with. This is why I request the same tech then I know what will be done with out me questioning. I called and requested Brian and was in no hurry for the appointment so am rather disappointed. Brian did great for his part but I feel he should have done the whole service. We will see if there are any problem areas if I can before winter really sets in. I know the other tech meant welIl but it does matter and why I pay Pointe to send the tech with our property knowledge. I'm not sure whats going on because I love this serviceman but 2 time now he has brought another truck with him and the service is crazy. First they sent a text instead of calling as asked to do when expected to arrive. I was in shower so my husband answered door and since we'd not received a call didn't expect them yet. My husband unlocked the gate and opened garage door so they could spray. when I was available, I did see them in backyard but they left without even saying they were done. I have no idea what was done and I had brought into garage from my outside shed a spider trap because the garage one had several big spiders in it. AGAIN this one had gotten big spiders in it and AGAIN it wasn't replaced. I cleaned it out myself now for winter but I'm baffled at the lack of serviceman communication with us. This has only started occurring since Brian has been bringing another truck/serviceman with him. Brian is a great Technion and who we like to do our serviice so what has changed in Pointes service protocols?? Its winter now and we won't do service till Spring again and am hoping these issues are fixed since we have been so happy with Pointe for our Spray needs. Again this October 2025 we got the best service from Pointe and Brian. He knows our property and what we need spraying for without me having to go over everything again. If I have any concerns he always listens and adjusts our treatments. I recommend Pointe for all your spraying needs. They really are the best. I just wrote a review and forgot to mention that Brian always calls or texts to let us know when he’s going to arrive so like yesterday I didn’t get stuck in the shower and miss him. He’s so thoughtful.

Trash. Don’t waste your money. They don’t answer. Call backs are no one and you get hung up on. I’ve tried for 3 days to get a person. It’s impossible. Finally got someone and canceled. Would give negative stars if I could!

Good luck trying to cancel their service. They have been giving me the run around for over a month. Had to call my bank and cancel my card so they couldn’t keep charging me. Hung up on my husband when he initially called to cancel, and have been playing lackluster phone tag for weeks to get us to “confirm we want to cancel” HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU WE WANT TO CANCEL OUR SERVICE??????????

This company is not one you want to work with. Their technicians are not kind, spend 5 minutes on your property, fail to address concerns with retreats, and never call before they service. You would be wise to stay far away from this company.

Never been disappointed with service but I’ve been calling and emailing almost daily to get in touch with you guys about service. No call backs or response to any voice messages or emails. I was home this morning and to be honest the doorbell never rang and I cannot confirm to you the rep was even here. If they were here they could have only checked the 3 o4 4 boxes outside my home. There are 3 more in the garage and 4 inside the house that were for sure not checked. Do you need to schedule another visit to check those? Garry Miller

Their instructions aren’t clear. Didn’t ask me to remove my bedding came home to bedding on the floor. Sprayed stuff that day without any notice to tenants, sloppy spray job was done. Contacted customer service to express the concerns nicely and the lady was rude and unconcerned at best. I’d never pay this company myself.

They are not good for wasp/yellow jacket service. They told us we can’t see any nests, so we can’t spray anything and left. There was heavy activity and I feel like they are supposed to be experts in this field. Finally we found said “nest” after doing it ourselves and now are having a hard time having them come back. We ended up calling another pest control, who came out 10 minutes after calling and they set up bate that the wasps/yellow jackets would take back to their nest to help kill the rest.

In addition to the poor work ethic attitude and actions of our service, I also discover an increase in price. Is this shocking with our country right now, no, but how about you tell the customer it will be a substantial increase. Nothing was said, in writing or conveyed. Edit: I post a review, and see a response to contact the company. They have all of my information to reach out to correct this. Have been with them since 2011. Also, discovered after I pointed out wasp nests the tech didn't take care of it, the ants and the spiders have increased since he was here.

I am confused on your procedures. We are not sure what was done on your last visit. The mice traps inside were not checked for activity. Not even sure if the outside ones were checked. We received a Reveiw to complete but not sure how to complete that not knowing what was done. There are no sumeries. Documents emails with any details. I was a customer for 6 years, I was on a quarterly plan. Positive Item they never increased their prices. For the first few years their service focused on doing a quality job I was very pleased. The last 18 months their work was extremely poor they focused on how quick they could complete the service. They were in and out of my property in 5 minutes. I recently cancelled my service with them and selected another service. I am extremely pleased with the new company I selected. The sum it up Pointe Pest Control is a waste of money
