Discussing price for bi monthly treatments and once we agreed on a price they tried to pull a fast one an schedule treatment every three months, luckily I caught it on the schedule they sent me before I signed anything. When I asked about it the sales person tried to say we never talked about bi monthly treatments. Very Sketchy business practice!

Buyer beware. Read your contract very carefully. There is a cancellation fee. I was told if cancelled before 6 months. Turns out it is 18 months. I was told bait boxes couldn’t be inside. When no mice were caught in 4 months they moved bait box inside. Caught 2. Cancelled service today at 7 months. Paid cancellation rather than except any offer for further services at reduced prices. Would I recommend them scale of 1-10 ? 10 is absolutely. My rating minus 10.

I signed up with brooks pest control annual contract and was told by the salesperson at my door when I first signed up with them that i could cancel befor the contract is over with no issues.. i found out that is not true. I was also not satisfied with the pest control service i was still getting lots of ants and spiders coming into the house. They always offered to comeback a second time but still didn't help. So i called to cancel the contract only to have my debit card charged again the next month. When I called to have the charge reversed, I was charged again. At this point I was not receiving there service anymore they were just charging me.I have called to try and get my service completely canceled but they will not work with you. They are now threatening to send me to a collection agency for a service fee of $300 and a final service I did not receive anymore. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE CAUTIOUS ⚠️ Before purchasing this service/scams.

The tech refuse to spray inside my house. After 2nd time requesting technician to spray inside w no help…and seeing spiders 🕷️ inside my bathroom-I called to cancel and they still trying to charge me $200 cancellation. Will you Sirs pls stop charging for unacceptable service

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using them for a few months now. Nothing they have done has worked. Im pretty sure they just spray water. The technician they send out can not answer any of my questions. They told me I could cancel whenever I want. Their service DO NOT WORK so I went to cancel and now they want to charge me over $200. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMAPNY.

Bait-and-Switch Cancellation Policy We signed a 12-month agreement with Brooks Pest Control in August 2024. The contract itself clearly states that cancellation can be made by written notice — no mention of any phone requirement. When we tried to cancel in writing before our final scheduled service, Brooks refused to honor their own contract. Instead, they claimed we “must” call their Account Manager to cancel, and threatened that our account would remain active and continue billing if we didn’t comply. This is directly against the written terms we both signed. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s deceptive and coercive. They also attempted to reschedule services outside of the agreed schedule and bill for them without proper consent. If you value straightforward, honest business practices, I would strongly recommend reading every line of the contract and being prepared for pushback when you try to cancel. We will be reporting this to the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.

I signed up for an annual contract with services for insect control every quarter. No matter what they used, I still have ants in several locations in my yard. They came back a second time this last appointment, at no charge, and treated my yard again. I still have ants. I called to cancel the contract at the end of the term and was assured it had been cancelled, only to have my debit card charge again the next month. When I called to have the charge reversed, I was charged again the following day. It took another phone call to make sure both charges were reversed and it will take 2-3 days for my bank to release the fund. Do better, Brookes!

I had an awful experience canceling with Brooks Pest Control in Spokane. Even after paying my final bill, they continued texting me multiple times a day and trying to schedule services. When I finally called (after waiting 20 minutes on hold), the rep was dismissive and even threatened to hang up on me when I got frustrated. I still got texts saying my service wasn’t canceled unless I called back again. It should not be this hard to end a service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Like the review that just posted a week ago, this company is a total scam. Promised they would take care of my issues. Instead, they came and made a mess and didn't take care of what I had called about. I called to cancel service for breach of contract, and instead of dealing with the issue, they charged my credit card a termination fee. Sent a letter to the president of the company (he received the letter because I have signature confirmation), and guess what...crickets from him. Save yourself the money and hassle of this place and go with a big name company where you have recourse.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Basically all of the claims they make on the site are false. The technician came over after a few days, sprayed outside my home and then handed me four snap style mouse traps as well as glue traps and showed me how to set them. So basically charging me $100+ for $10 worth of traps that I had to set, place and monitor on my own. After a couple weeks one of the traps did catch one mouse and when I called to ask for same day service to get the trap disposed of, they said it would be one week before anyone could come out. So I had to remove the dead mouse myself. Then the tech came back after a week and they charged me again for the same treatment they had just done. I called customer service to complain about the complete lack of service and how completely dishonest their claims are. They would not let me out of my contract even though they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I was 100% not satisfied. This company is a total scam. I stopped paying my invoices, figuring I’d get sent to collections and get out of my contract that way. My balance went from $143 to over $400 mysteriously, after no more “treatments” had been applied. I only gave them one star because zero stars is not an option. I have half a mind to take legal action against them.

Called and they sent tech but the wasp nests are being rebuilt and when I called to ask them to come back they said wait two weeks. Can’t leave my front door as the wasp nest are getting bigger each day.

This company is a joke! After our first treatment, I had to call them to come back because there were spiders everywhere. I was reluctant to continue service, but I still gave them a shot… Same thing happened the second treatment in Fall. Then they come here winter and my video footage shows that the man was here for five minutes! What kind of service could you provide me in five minutes? I called them letting him know my concerns and no one got back to me! And now they want to send me to collections because customer service doesn’t do their job. You can go ahead and do that… It’s unfortunate that a company who spends so much time in my neighborhood with hundreds of people handle “customers” this way. Pretty sure your reputation is known here now.
