He claimed their service was safer for pets, people, and the environment, said many neighbors were using them, and repeatedly stated we could cancel anytime if we weren’t satisfied. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They lock you in to contract without telling you what you’re even signing. With no way to cancel except to pay $600 cancel fee. They are not a company that backs their product or service and don’t care if you even want their “services”! I will advise every person I know to avoid this company. I would tell everyone and anyone not to do business with these people. Their methods are flat out ineffective. I have little girls in my house and wanted to do this for them. They claimed to spray the perimeter to get rid of spiders and I’ve never seen more spiders ever in my house until now. To cancel their service, they will charge you $400-$600.
