I recently moved into a new house and experienced more bugs outside then I was used to and I wanted to get them under control quickly. Jon from Living Water Lawn was extremely knowledgeable and explained the pest control process clearly. The price was fair and service was wonderful. I will definitely be a returning customer. We are very happy and impressed with Living Water. We hired them to spray a large patch of noxious weeds on our property, and after the first time there were a few small patches of missed spots. We reached out to them and they came back to re-spray the missed spots, no questions asked. Many companies don't stand by their work like this so we would definitely recommend Living Water to others.

Very disappointed with the pest control service! We paid to have our home sprayed at the end of June by end of July we noticed spiders inside the home we left on a vacation for two weeks as soon as we returned we made it a priority to reach out and have them come out and retreat since we were on a guaranteed program well so much for that they not only took over two weeks to come out they charged me for the retreat service even though when I called them we were under the 60 days and my next spraying service was not due until end after September I have cancelled all my spraying services through them. I refused to give my business toward a company who can’t guarantee the work they do. I also own my business and would never not stand behind the quality of work we perform.

I am so disappointed with living water. They burned two large areas on my lawn. I called to cancel my service and informed them of the burned areas and they didn't really care. I am so unhappy with the service 😒
Less and less impressed with each spray. Also, it's 6:30am, why are you running loud compressors and spraying lawns when your business isn't even open? If it's too early for me to call you, it's too early for you to be at my house and waking up my neighbours. And did you change product lines? My lawn has never looked as bad as it does this year and I've never smelled your product inside of my home, as I do with your last couple of sprays. I also don't need you to leave a sign in my yard.... believe me when I tell you that my whole neighbourhood now knows who you are.

Hello L W - Its hard to address this directly without knowing the specifics of the account and service history. However in the summer when temperatures are more extreme we do applications earlier than normal for the health of the turf and our employees. We do specially mix and rotate our products as is best for the turf in different seasons and conditions. Without knowing the exact product and service that was being applied or accessing account notes I can not speak to what was happening on your property. Hopefully you called our customer service so that someone was able to look into this personally.
Thank you, Living Water, for the.... oh, that's pretty embarrassing. This is a lawn you've "taken care" of for almost 2 years now. I'll just get stuff at Walmart from now on. This lawn was beautiful and green. I feel like dead grass one year, then they make it look good, then kill it again, and make it look good. I don't know if that's a bad business model or a genius one. I do know they've lost my business, and others in my neighborhood are seeing the results and will not be spending money with them as well.

Hello<br>Unfortunately I can not address you by name as I am not sure who you are nor can I look into your property and services. I can assure you that we do not, and have never in 33 years had a business practice of making customers lawns anything other than green and weed free. While I can not look into the particulars of this property just by the picture I can tell that there are green areas and drought stressed areas. This is particularly common in high temperatures, less than sufficient watering and or sprinkler issues (broken, or poor coverage) and along pavement (due to added heat stress). In most cases such as this we treat with a half rate fertilizer and have watering increased and any issues addressed. The turf will typically respond over the next several weeks once these adjustments are made. I hope this helpful. I am sorry to hear we have lost your business. Feel free to call in and talk to a manager if you have not already. The best of everything to you.
Promise to come take care of weeds on property and never follow through even though I am paying for the treatments.

Hello TJ <br>I believe a representative from Living Water has reached out to you regarding your concern. Unfortunately due to when you started with us it was too late to apply a pre-emergent product in your beds which works to stop weeds in the early spring before they germinate and grow. If you have not had treatments before it will take time (and pre-emergent) to get weeds under control. Thank you I hope this helps and that overtime you will see the benefit of our services.
I've had issues with large corporate lawn care employees cutting corners and not getting the results paid for. I would highly recommend hiring local. Call Living Water and be connected with John, really good people. I've had lawn chemicals and pest control applied with reliable service. He implemented my service right away and I'm so happy I called. One of my neighbors is now using Living Water services as well, they called and John was on their steps the same day. Very impressed!

I have been using Living Water for years. Recently the customer service has completely gone downhill. I was having many problems with them at the end of the season last year, but the most recent interaction I had with them is quite unbelievable. To make a very long story short they called me with an automated message to come do a soil treatment on a tree which I called them back and told them I did not want this done. They came out a few weeks later and did it anyways without my consent and when I called to tell them that I did not want this done they told me they fully expect payment. I then told them if they expected me to pay for something I did not want I wanted to cancel the rest of my scheduled Services, which they responded go ahead and cancel. Seems like an extremely poor business decision.

Despite what they tell you, their product will make your dog sick if you have a dog that roots around in the yard. Both my dogs have been sick twice exactly 2 days after treatments. (Living Water acknowledged a treatment gone bad over the summer that ruined lawns and made dogs sick, but claimed I didn't get it, yet my dogs got sick.) Living Water takes no responsibility, and I've spent hundreds in vet bills as a result. Also, if you don't watch their techs, who are usually vaping while they spread the product, they don't get your entire lawn. When you call them out on the areas they miss, they lie to your face and say they treated them. Also, Living Water claims their product won't hurt your fence. Well, if you have a water seal varnish on your fence, it will discolor it. Be aware that their so-called winter treatment is not a liquid, its a granular, and they don't tell you. When I told them yesterday I couldn't have granular in my backyard for fear of my dogs eating it, I was told that I would only be charged for the front yard. Well, they reduced my bill from $102 to $79 - a whopping $23 discount when my backyard is bigger than my front. This is extortion. When I called to complain, I was told there is a minimum service charge, which was not what the service tech said. Again, if they had communicated that the last winter treatment would be a granular, I would have cancelled. Also, the tech said it was a granular because the liquid special mixture for the winter treatment was too expensive so he was just spreading nitrogen, which was cheaper even though those savings would not be passed along. This company has no ethics. You are better off to fertilize your own lawn for a fraction of what this corrupt company charges and save yourself hundreds in vet bills.
One of the most unprofessional and unorganized companies I have ever used. No return calls or texts. Voice system says they'll be out a certain and never show. Billed me before I even agreed to seevice. Change pricing not on the quote. Stay clear of these folks. Not honest or respectful at all. Sad part they were a referral. Take your chances with these guys

That is what happens when companies get too big. They end up treating you like a number. Don't be deceived by their online rating and their care for the local community. To be fair, their products work. But that is the least a customer can ask for specially when you pay this much money. The main two reasons I decided to put this review: 1) Horrible customer service 2) Horrible scheduling and delivering services on time. Basically this year, they did my first lawn application (Fertilizer) around beginning of summer, I think May, which was fine. I called sometimes in July because I decided that I want to space my applications by two months. I wanted one done beginning of summer. One mid Summer. and one end of Summer. They also made me pay the more expensive rate for applications because I am not doing their "4 or 6" required applications to get the discount which I was like fine go ahead and charge whatever you want and charge more just because I am eliminating one application. But, then when I ask to put my application in a specific time-frame, I expect you to do so. I called in July and asked for my application to be done on FIRST WEEK of August. They guy who took the call kept arguing with me about that. kept saying we will get to you when we get to you. NO! That is not how this works. We ended the call with the expectation they will do that on the time I asked. They did NOT. They waited all the way until end of August. When I called to voice my concern and ask that I am not going to get that application because simply I am disappointed it was not delivered on time, a "Heather" basically said to me, haha fine I am going to close your account. Laughed me off and closed my account. Way to train your people to handle client's concern so wonderfully that the first solution to an issue is to close the client's account?? I said sure, go ahead if that is what you want. Then, she said have a nice day. If you want a better customer service and delivery of the service on time, avoid this company. I am afraid one guy that does the whole services and they are cheaping out on having enough people to do the work. Regardless, your service should be delivered on the time you ask for or at least close to it, and not a whole month later. And decent companies should NOT have customer service people that suggest closing the client's account as part of resolving clients concerns. That is not the greatest way of doing business.

However I must disagree that your experience somehow negates 29 years of a growing business with a good reputation, strong reviews and referrals and happy satisfied customers.
So I set this company up servers months ago to take care of high end property. I told them that we have very high standards and gave them the time and day I needed it done. We have a very limited window because of the nature of our work here. I was told from Jon no problem. I also had them redo the landscaping at a residence I manage as well. So not only did I end up cleaning up after these guys every time they were at the residence for work, oh and when I notified Jon with pictures all I got was it’s the best we can do because of the weather. But it’s ok for the owner to grab the hose that’s 15 ft from the driveway and clean up. Then they just keep putting off my weed and feet apps until I pretty much demand a date. They have been by once to mow and I had to clean up after them then as well. Then st 5:15 pm tonight Tuesday this quality organization texts me, no personal phone call no nothing but a 6 year olds method of talking to someone Jon informs me that they will no longer be able to take care of my property because I won’t give them a key to a gate that is always open when they get there. What a quality group of people. Where has good quality and standing for something really gone to. They say in their adds they are the company for high end work, boy did I find out differently.
Living Water was recommended by a neighbor for some sprinkler repair and weed control work that I needed. When I found they were a locally owned, Christian company I was happy to contact them. I deal with a lot of service companies both personally and professionally, I honestly don't think I've worked with a company that I was this dissatisfied with. When the guy came to give me pricing I was a little concerned that he didn't want to look at exactly what needed done since I was clear that I wasn't 100% sure just relaying what someone else said. When he gave me pricing for the rest of the services, and talked me into aeration, I thought the price seemed high but just wanted it taken care of and they had come recommended. The aeration was the first service and was fine, the technician was pleasant, did the job, talked to me when he was done and left. It was all downhill from there. The technician who was supposed to spray for weeds showed up on a Saturday as it was starting to rain (after I was specifically told to NOT water for a while after the treatment) and sprayed my neighbor's yard, gave her MY bill and left. I called to get it straightened out and reminded them that they could not come on Monday, I have other services provided on Monday that are all coordinated that I didn't want to have to reschedule. Monday morning at 8am the technician showed up and started spraying. I scrambled to get the dogs inside, he sprayed, then left without speaking to me at all. When I called the office the lady I spoke with was rather rude telling me that if I had "them" doing my lawn cutting it wouldn't be an issue with rescheduling, I have someone that does dog waste removal that comes right before my lawn guy comes so rescheduling isn't as easy as just calling one person. Either way, I specifically said not to come on Monday. Because they came on the day I specifically said not to the dogs' toys weren't picked up and the technician broke one when he threw it across the yard -- complete disregard for my stuff. Since he still didn't leave a bill for me I had no idea how long to keep the dogs inside so after finding that out and keeping them in for the required time I let them out and shortly after saw one of my dogs running around out front --- the technician failed to close my gate. As annoyed and frustrated as I was with everything else leaving the gate open was completely unacceptable. I have had many service people require access to my yard and NEVER have I had one have such disregard for my dogs safety to leave the gate open. The local supervisor called to discuss the situation and basically begged me to give them another try, but after having broken toys and my dogs safety put in jeopardy I have no desire for the company to be on my property. Since then I've had another company out to fix the sprinkler issue, they were more than half the price and actually took the time to do a complete review of the situation prior to giving me a quote (which ended up not even being the issue I thought it was). The weed control was basically useless and a complete waste of money (a lot of money at that -- which I had to call two times just to get them to send me the bill that they requested I pay for this crappy service). In summary, they'll try to upsell you a lot on their services, their prices are higher than any of the other companies I contacted, and their customer service sucks. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
