We started using Organix Pest Control over a year ago for carpenter ants. I was skeptical at first, wondering if what they use would actually work. Amazing!! Not only do we not have any more carpenter ants but the little black ants that destroy the yard are also gone as well. Spiders are no longer an issue either. We are so very happy with the super friendly and professional service we get from them. I highly recommend them for any of your insect and rodent problems.

Super fast, very informative and friendly service. I have pets and was concerned about saftey. I also found it to be more reasonable than I anticipated.

Matthew was exceptionally helpful! He explained the options, insect habits, and treatment process so clearly and even helped me bring groceries into the house when I had my kids and work bag with me. He is very knowledgeable and treated our house quickly. We called just yesterday and they responded with care and kindness!

First off, calling the office to set up a consult I was met with excellent customer service and easy scheduling. A couple days later, Matthew came out and first did the assessment, and answered *all* my nitty gritty questions about pricing and the process etc. We didn’t have time to do the treatment that day so he just came out today to de-Webb and do my spider and ant treatment. As someone who doesn’t like surprise guests, having a “service window” where you are stuck in waiting mode for 0-3 hours, admittedly is unnerving to me. That being said, I very much appreciate that there is a communication text beforehand with the heads up he was coming. (so I can finish my speed vacuuming by then 😂) Matthew was professional, timely, had a great attitude, seems very trustworthy and did a thorough job. PLUS the cherry on top was that my mini Aussie, Remington, who takes his job as my personal security guard very seriously, and especially doesn’t like strangers coming in the house, and *ESPECIALLY* not men (sorry about that lol), we witnessed a moment in Remi history we were all in * when he not only wasn’t barking his head off at Matthew but also let him PET HIM. Like for several minutes. 🤯 Wow!!! I’m a firm believer that dogs know things, and are also good judges of character.
