I've been with Prolawn several years now since switching from another company. They are a local company and will let me know when they are coming or if they can’t do to local weather conditions. My technician was amazing and full of helpful information. It was extremely timely, and I was so thankful for it. They are always professional and courteous!

The technician showed up on time and talked with me before doing the treatment. He asked me about entering the back yard and if I had a pet, which I thought was a relevant question. I have been impressed with the work of the company and have found the technicians to be professional. I also appreciate the more environmental approach to lawn care.

We've used Prolawn for several years, and they're fantastic! We are grateful for their customer service, excellent knowledge, honesty, and great prices! David does a wonderful job with our yard. Even our neighbors notice how good our grass looks!

I worked here for 2 weeks, I was told “I had an odor around me.” I also was told “I know your grandpa just died but life moves on and you can’t be slow at work.” I highly suggest not working here. They can’t get anyone to stay longer then 2 weeks.

Have had several companies take care of my lawn with bad results. Went with Prolawn after talking with them and they assured me they could help. Well here we are at the end of July, and my lawn looks horrible now. Trying to get someone who knows what's going on to come out to inspect is not happening. Little communication, and promised a callback today and didn't happen. Now lawn is either dead or burnt in spots..... it's as if they just want the money.

I have used their service for last 3 years and lawn never looked good. They didn't detect and inform me about fungicide and there is no good response when I called them about treatment. They don't care about customer dissatisfaction and they are even not ready to take feedback. Please stay away from them.

Why do you need my email address before a sales agent contacts me? You don't. You're just being pushy, and obnoxious. I'm not using your service just for that.

I Called today to complain about the terrible condition of my front lawn to ProLawn Service... Spoke to the Customer Service Rep. Her answers to my complaints were "hmmm". My lawn looks worse now than before they started. Their Weed control killed grass and not the dandelions or broadleaf. Super disappointed after spending so much money.

Well, what can I say except - WHAT A SCAM!!!!! The whole reason you sign up for a lawn service, is to ensure your lawn is nice, and stays that way. Well, this place is NOT THE PLACE if you expect a service provider to NOTICE and COMMUNICATE, and ADDRESS issues harmful to your lawn. So, I notice LOTS of brown patches in the lawn......the lawn was going from BEAUTIFUL to nasty in seconds. Pro Lawn Rep comes out TWICE to service lawn and doesn't mention it. I finally call, and ask for them to address the issue. They finally call and say I will have to pay $80 to have some chemical added to the lawn. I tell them that since they are supposed to be on top of things, and keep the lawn maintained, it would seem this should be covered......especially since their rep's total lack of care, and lack of addressing the issue caused my lawn to severely die! Went round and round with the owner. His response was "the guy didn't see it" and "it couldn't have been active on the rep's visit"....seriously? Total lack of accountability. So, he wears me down.....and I agree to allow the chemical to be applied for the fee, because the lawn was in BAD SHAPE!! So, after waiting for almost another week, I call Pro Lawn to find out they have placed a hold on my account because they have not received my $49 payment? LOL They are ALWAYS vigilant when it comes to their crazy fees......but are very laid back when it comes to the same attention to detail regarding their service. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!! The Biggest Scammers are always the ones with the biggest smiles!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
