One & Only Pest Mgmt Services has done a great job servicing my property. Flexible scheduling, friendly staff, thorough and knowledgeable. Brian is easy to work with and provides a level of assurance you don’t often receive from service-oriented companies.

About 9-10 years ago (jeez Charlie, has it really been that long?!), a family of crazy bees (carpenter bees I think) decided to move in under my stairs leading to my front door. They were terrorizing me and my dogs every time we had to go up the stairs (honestly, the dogs were mostly oblivious, it was me running and screaming like a lunatic every day while trying to get in my house, which in turn got the dogs riled up). After a few days of running and screaming, I hysterically called Charlie (he was with a different company then) and he came out the same day and got rid of the crazy carpenter bees. He sprayed something magical that they didn't like, so they all left and never came back (it did piss them off for a bit so they were angrily flying around for a few hours. Needless to say, I stayed in the house for the rest of the day). After that, I signed up for routine pest control management with him. I've since moved to a different house, and he started his own company (1 & Only Pest Management), but we're still together! Charlie and the rest of the crew are THE BEST in the business! They are passionate, caring, use pet safe products (which is very important to me since I had dogs), and they take care of whatever needs to be done. 10 years later, I still call him hysterically from time to time and he, in his very serene manner, always comes running to my rescue (like that time a mouse decided to take up residence in my house and I was ready to burn it all down 😑)! Thanks for getting rid of all the bugs and pests for me over the past decade, Charlie! Cheers to many more years to come!

We have been using One and Only Pest Management for years to service our small lodging business. As you can imagine, pest control is very important to us. Sherman has always been very thorough at proactively managing pests so they never become a concern for our guests. He is also very responsive when the little critters start to show themselves. His prices are reasonable and he is always discrete and respectful when he knows guests are on site. For us they really are the “One and Only” when it comes to pest control!

Brian with One and Only Pest Management is so thorough with getting rid of our bugs! Every time we have a wasp nest pop up he comes right out and gets rid of it ASAP! We had a mouse problem in our garage and he took care of that no problem and very quickly! Honestly, such a great service for the price. They come out 4 times a year to spray the entire inside of our home for bugs (spiders, ants, and anything else) and will come out at any point in time if we have any issue! Highly recommend their service!

They have come out when I need them and when scheduling the quarterly visits he's very good about having us at a time that works for us

Charlie and his team have been servicing my house for years and they are the best around. I have only had 1 issue in between regular service calls (ants in the kitchen) and Charlie was out the next day and within 2 days the issue was resolved. Great customer service.
