I’ve been using Barrett since I moved to the area. The first visit the tech advised me of a concern with my roof that saved me from having issues from the rain that was on the way. Royal has been servicing my home for a while now and is great to work with. Always punctual and easy to schedule with, working with me on my availability when I need something inside the house or out on the deck looked at. I’ve never had a continuing issue with something he has addressed.

Beware of Barrett Pest Control - Ineffective Service and Unprofessional Conduct Review: I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Barrett Pest Control to caution others. We initially chose Barrett due to their promises of efficient pest control solutions. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to our expectations. Despite repeated treatments over several months, the pest issue at our home persisted. The situation was further exacerbated by the company's lack of professionalism. On multiple occasions, when I reached out to express our concerns, the office manager, Amy, displayed an unprofessional attitude, marked by evident frustration. This was not only off-putting but also raised questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction. An alarming incident occurred when we needed urgent service. Upon expressing our need for immediate assistance, Amy responded with irritation and frustration, highlighting a lack of empathy and professionalism. This was particularly distressing and compounded our dissatisfaction with their service. It was only when we considered canceling our service due to ineffectiveness that they promptly offered to send someone on the same day, which unfortunately did not resolve our pest problem. We eventually switched to a local company that resolved our pest issues within a month. This new company's attentiveness and professionalism starkly contrasted with our experience at Barrett. What further tainted our experience with Barrett was their follow-up. Months after discontinuing their service, they sent someone who performed no noticeable service yet billed us for it. The subsequent six months of persistent billing and borderline harassment for payment were distressing. Despite the lack of satisfactory service, I ended up paying the quarterly bill to avoid further harassment and threats of being sent to collections. To anyone considering Barrett Pest Control, I highly recommend exploring other options. Their service was ineffective, and their customer service and professional conduct, especially from the management, were severely lacking.

Would not stop calling me although I told them it was the wrong # numerous times. The technician was quite rude when I told him too.
