Lee's the best. With pest.

Lee did an excellent job removing a European hornet’s nest from the wall of our attic storage. He contacted us quickly and was able to come within a few hours of our initial conversation. He was able to remove the nest quickly and clean up the area around it without any further damage to the wall and without any of the hornets escaping. We would definitely recommend him and he will be our go to for any pest removal needs.

Lee did an amazing job at the price they quoted in the timeframe they said. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you for keeping my family safe!!!!

Woke up this morning with yellow jackets in the upstairs of house. Called Lee a told him of the problem. He had a full day ahead of but he said to let him see what he could work out. He arrived at 9:20 am looked at the problem. He then worked at a plan while explaining to me and my wife what the steps would be and the cost. He then proceeded to take the steps needed to make sure we were yellow jackets free. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was finish. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for all your pest needs. He even will remove snakes which he throughly enjoys.

Lee helped rid us of our groundhog problem. I suspect it is due to all of the construction in the area. Lee removed several groundhogs from under our shed and implemented measures to prevent their return. Lee is very determined and committed to providing a great solution at reasonable prices. I struggle to let anyone else know how amazing Lee is because I want him all to myself. By far the most honest, dedicated and knowledgeable pest control company I've ever come across in 20+ years. If you call Lee it will be the last time you ever worry about pest issues. We live on 10 acres on the shenandoah river and have 2 buildings, ALL free of pest thanks to Lee. We were have major issues prior to getting him out to our home. Best in the business!!!

We had tried two other companies but still were experiencing issues with bugs in our home and mice in our garage. We had basically come to accept that this was just going to be our life, until we consulted with Lee. He does Integrated Pest Management which means he works to solve your root causes instead of just putting on a band aid like the other companies we tried. After Lee's initial visit we haven't seen any bugs or mice. We were shocked and very impressed! Lee is highly knowledgeable, a perfectionist with his work, and very personable. The absolute GOAT! Highly recommend!

Lee has taken care of our home and property since we purchased the home 4 years ago. The original part of the house is 1901 and there were issues with snakes at the house. Lee worked top to bottom (partial dirt dug cellar) to repel snakes and critters and anything that attracts critters to the house, and he manages the property all year. He does all of his work humanely and is an expert. Lee is an on the job, get dirty, hard worker. There is no just setting traps. We learned a lot from him, appreciate his work , and very highly recommended him

What can I say. We called Lee for what we believed was a squirrel in our attic but soon discovered a rodent nightmare in both the attic and crawlspace. It was a HUGE job, but Lee tackled the job to his very high standards. He didn’t only solve the problem, but gave us peace of mind knowing our home was left in even better shape. We’ve learned so much from Lee since then. We can’t recommend him enough!

I have used Lee on a number of times a Multitude of different pests! He is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonably cost. When I call, he responds and is usually out within two days. Most recently we had a fly infestation that was beyond disgusting! Lee took care of the problem in less than two days and I haven’t seen a fly in over a month Is definitely our go to guy!

Lee did a great job diagnosing and solving my mouse problem back in December. He was very thorough in figuring out where/how the mice were getting in, what the food source(s) were and solving the problem at a pre- determined reasonable price. Haven’t seen a mouse since January!! Highly recommend this business for any and all extermination needs.

We had never needed pest control until a nest of yellowjackets was discovered inside our living room wall, entry was through the outside vent to our gas heating stove. We chose Lee's Pest Services and oh my goodness, we were very impressed and satisfied with the entire process - the bees were eliminated in just a couple hours !! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, works hard under extreme conditions to insure safety and success, and a really nice guy who clearly loves his job - we highly recommend Lee and would definitely call him again for any pest control problems.

We have used this Service for over 2 years and Lee is awesome! Very down to earth and very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Started with snake issues and we have learned a great deal about uninvited pests in a 1901 house ! We have learned how to avoid having them even come around. Lee rid the house of our issues and we keep up a schedule of pest control year round to ward off the pests . Lee is very knowledgeable and keeps up with current safe handling practices and safety of our pets. Very highly recommend this Service!

Lee’s Pest Services has made a dramatic improvement in our family’s ability to live in the countryside without fighting the insects (wasps, carpenter bees, Asian beetles, stink bugs, you name it) that invariably ended up in our home or attempting to destroy our home (it’s a log home). The owner takes a holistic approach to everything. I believe he truly cares in getting it “right” for his customers. Since hiring Lee’s, we’ve seen an incredible drop in insects in our house. Example: It was not unusual for us to find two or three wasps a day in our house. Since Lee has been involved, we have found exactly one dead wasp in our home. The number of “nuisance bugs” has dropped by 90+%. Lee’s probably isn’t the cheapest pest control company out there but I really do believe the company is one of the very best pest control companies out there. Highly recommend this company. TWO YEARS LATER Update: We’ve had Lee as our “Pest Guy” over two years now and wow, has he made a positive difference in our lives. He was absolutely dead honest with us from the very first day. He told us it would take him a year to get everything under control. For a significant amount of our pest “challenges”, it was a much shorter timeframe for us to see huge improvements. We live in a log home in the middle of the woods. Not the end of the earth but a short Uber ride will get you there. As I stated in my original review, we seemed to have had every bug and wasp known to mankind in our home, and a lot of them. Lee has solved all our issues. We see him once every other month and pay a very reasonable fee for pest maintenance. Lee is the definition of a small business owner. If you want a pest control company that will take care of your pest issues, Lee should be your first choice. However, don’t assume he can answer every call and every email at YOUR convenience. I have found he’ll consistently get back to you within a few days at the most. He is human, he has been known to get sick, have other challenges that might delay a call or email back from him. If this is your overriding concern in a pest control company, Lee is probably not for you. If you want your pest issues taken care of and are willing to work with Lee, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We've used Lee's Pest Services for three years for our new home in Winchester. Originally we had an infestation of wolf spiders (the builder left the house open during construction - the wolf spiders were large and unnerving!). We made some calls to several services and chose Lee's Pest Services based on approach (he employs integrated pest management (IPM) program practices), and cost. IPM was developed as a holistic approach to managing pests without resorting to widespread pesticide applications. Lee's approach to managing the wolf spiders was to eliminate their food sources within the house. We occasionally see one outside, but have not found a single wolf spider indoors since he began servicing our home. With respect to ongoing treatment, his first goal was to make sure our house wasn't hosting other food sources for common pests. He was very thorough and crawled into every nook and cranny he could find inside the home. He put out many sticky traps - they are very effective with the added benefit of being able to visually see and identify what they are catching. Over a short period of time, we really didn't have anything appearing on the traps. After that initial control program was completed, every other month Lee comes and - depending on the time of year - applies appropriate pest control measures to manage whatever pests are prevalent during that particular season. We have had to call Lee in twice to eliminate a yellow jacket nest. One was in our deck last summer, and this year we had a ground nest. Both times he responded promptly - he asked questions to make sure he was prepared to deal with the actual situation, and to arrange a time that worked for both of us. Both of his treatments were effective and eliminated the yellow jacket nests. Over the three years, Lee has checked in advance to make sure his planned treatment time was OK with us, and on the infrequent occasions where he has been either ahead or behind schedule he has sent a text letting us know. After treatment we get an invoice e-mailed to us with a summary of the treatments he applied during the visit - along with their EPA identifiers. Overall we've been entirely satisfied with Lee's Pest Services, and are pleased that our home is pest-free at a very reasonable cost.

We went with this service because of all the good reviews. Originally he came out within two days to take care of two nests in the ground. Supposedly I had a 30 day warranty if the bees weren’t gone. A week later I got stung (actually had to go to the hospital I’m allergic so bad so I really wanted the problem solved). The bees were not gone and there was two other nests in the ground found. The week I got stung there was an excuse every single day about why he couldn’t come out. Mind you these are coming thru text message. He never calls. To end the story he’s not come out. It’s been over 30 days and the problem wasn’t solved. Terrible communication and does not follow up on what he says. I like to support small business, however this deserved a review. He seems like he's taken on too much and can’t get jobs done properly. Would not recommend EDIT ON ANSWER FROM OWNER: Unprofessional. Don’t try and turn husband and wife against each other with continued sneaky texting. Also, dont talk about me as if I don’t know the situation. This has been over a month process, I’ve had plenty of patience. If you say you are going to show up… then show up. Take responsibility for your actions as a business owner and Stop shifting the blame to everyone but you for your incompetence to not get the job done.

It's a dirty job but someone has to do it and thank goodness I hired Lee. Lee went beyond what I paid him to do: he educated me. He communicated very well when he was coming, what he was doing, and why. I felt safe with the products he was using because I have pets and small children. I am very confident in the job he did. When he comes back to inspect in a years time it will be great to catch up and learn something else about bugs or snakes from him. If we have any different pest issues in the mean time I will not hesitate to call Lee to come take care of it.

Lee is experienced and knowledgeable about a wholistic approach to pest removal He listens to questions and allays any doubts or fears you may have. He comes when he says he is going to come. Friendly and polite too. And his prices are reasonable

Lee is the most informative person I've ever met on the subject of pest control. I always learn when talking to him.

Lee is the absolute best pest control guy in town. He's so thorough and prompt, he stays on top of making sure my house stays bug free. You seriously won't find a better company for your pest control needs. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work he does. Lee is the best, don't go anywhere else!!

Never heard from them. Not sure why. Thought maybe they were on vacation or closed. A week later still no contact. I described our problem and left my phone number in original attempt to get estimate.
