The service started off great. The first year they were very quick and responsive, especially if we needed pest services rapidly. The second year, the service had a severe drop. The technicians were not performing their duties as expected. They were not refilling traps and were placing traps where our pets could get into them, even after speaking with the technicians and asking them not to place them there. I cancelled them after about a year of their service and weeks after I cancelled them they came and did a service. I wasn’t home so I had no idea until I received the bill. I called and told the lady who worked there and she advised not to worry about the bill… she saw I had cancelled and it was their mistake. I continued to get the bill every single month… and I had to call them every single month and everytime the lady said don’t worry I have it updated.. you don’t owe it. Then 6 months lat

The women & the manager they sent out to our house. They said we had problems that weren’t true. They said we had mold & bad insulation in our attic & that it was a danger to our health & that we could possibly get sick & maybe could die from this condition. They were very pushy & we got the feeling they wanted us to pay them cash for some kind of side deal or something. We had another company come out for a second opinion. They stated this company has a history of doing this to senior citizens.
