They actually had appointments sooner than I was available - which was so relieving. Our tech Eric is very knowledgeable and friendly - he’s very patient when he answers my questions and (sometimes panicked) texts. As someone who has had Terminix for 8 years (but soon to be cancelled), let me save you the trouble: they're great at collecting your money but when you actually have a pest issue, they're horrible. We have a pest issue and needed to have an inspection and they offered January 24th from 10:00am-12:00pm, they said that was the only appointment because in the evening snow would start. Totally understandable. They texted me the night before saying they would be there and to confirm and I did. T

Absolutely horrible. Started the service with the local branch during July, this is December 16th & to date we have had 1 full service! We got the initial treatment in august & since then 2 of the appointments were not completed! The appointment after the first one was cancelled due to it raining.
