They came but did not do a thorough inspection. I had already found lots of wings on my window sill. I ask if he was going to inspect around the house so he went to the basement and found a tube. We paid for the spray service but again they were not thorough and we had to call them to come back to finish where they did not treat. After the treatment they said they would come back in 3 months to verify the treatment worked. We have not heard or seen them since. I'm very disappointed.

This company is good at what they do and for a good price. Professional service from every point of contact. Ebben is both knowledgable and informative.

I want to give a huge shout out to Ebben. Service is one thing, but where he really went above and beyond was explaining the pest situation I was dealing with. He explained what insects were present in my yard, why they were there, and what I could do to prevent them in the future. He could've easily shown up, sprayed the yard, and left. Instead, he went above and beyond.

I’ve got a Yellow Jacket nest and a bell hornet nest in my walls , I called and they were very prompt to come out and assist in my issue. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the entire process from start to finish I highly recommend this company over the other ones you can’t go wrong!!

Update: For the second time All Pest Control has saved the day! I looked out my office window to find a hornet's nest. It was a decent size so I called up All Pest Control and in less than an hour they had someone on the way to our home to deal with issue. Travis was once again fantastic and so kind. Our dog was about ready to go home with him for loving on her. Another great experience and we cannot thank you enough. All Pest Control will always be my first call for pests of all kinds! My husband and I called several pest control companies in the area after our deck and screened in porched became inundated with carpenter bees and yellow jackets. This is our first spring in the home and it became clear the previous owner did not do anything to treat these insects. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to inspect and treat. Travis arrived during the scheduled timeframe and honestly way earlier than we expected. Travis was friendly, listened to us while we explained where the main issues were, and he explained to us what the next steps were and how often we might need to have treatments done. A great experience overall and within less than two hours we already noticed a huge difference in the bee/yellow jacket activity. We will definitely continue to use All Pest Control in the future. Trish treated our home today for ants. She was professional and thorough, and she advised me on household practices to avoid attracting ants. I was very pleased with her and the company!

I called all pest control about a swarm of bees above my entry way. They got someone out almost immediately to help. The bees ended up being honey bees so they were able to point me in the direction of a beekeeper to help me. They were very helpful and kind and I would highly recommend them!

I recently called All Pest Control to eradicate carpenter bees and wasps on a large deck. They came right away and took care of the problem quickly. About a week later, I called them again to do a pre-sale termite inspection. Once again, they immediately handled the inspection with professionalism, knowledge, and fair pricing. Customer service is also amazing! I will continue to use their services for as long as they are doing business and I highly recommend them to anyone needing such services.

Contacted All Pest control originally to do a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection for us when we were purchasing out log cabin last October. Great price, came on schedule, and took the time to explain everything they found. Definite bee activity on the cabin, but the woodpeckers had been really ripping things up to get at the bees. They explained how to get things under control and even advised us that we should wait to treat for the bees until April, because the weather had turned cold and the bees would not be back until spring. We made the appointment in October for April 4. We had one warm day before Travis arrived and the bees were everywhere looking for a snack! On the day of our appointment, Travis quickly and easily treated the house. I was worried because the cabin is 2 stories on the side of a hill, so some of the walls and eaves are 3+ stories off the ground. He was able to reach every where without any problems. He warned us that we still might see some bees, but that they would no longer be chewing into our home. He told us how long to expect the treatment to last, and told us how to figure out when we needed to call again. It has been a couple of weeks now and he was correct. Most of the carpenter bees change their minds pretty quickly and fly away. We do find some of the stubborn ones on the deck in the morning, where they have paid the ultimate price. Effective treatment and great customer service.

Purchased a 6 spray plan on installments. Received 5 although there records show otherwise and had to call them th come out to do the work despite being told they would call me. Was told the initial inspection was one of the sprays.Even the receipt I was sent shows 5. Use these folks if you want, I won't use them again.

Unpredictable. Didn’t show up when expected, didn’t receive quote until I asked to have it resent. Two different technicians both very respectful… second one found the entry problem and promised to forward photos so my contractor can seal the crack in the wall where mice were getting in, but I did not receive them. The solution seems to be working. Very difficult to get someone on the phone at the office. My guess is that they are understaffed. Overall, satisfied with the solution- frustrating with a lot of back and forth follow up calls.
